Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Berkembangnya suatu dunia organisasi maka suatu organisasi membutuhkan strategi dan kebijakan yang tepat serta pengolahan secara cermat. Salah satu alat yang dapat digunakan oleh manajemen dalam pengelolaan organisasi adalah anggaran. Anggaran akan menjadi alat bantu dalam sistem pengendalian manajemen untuk dapat mengalokasikan keterbatasan sumber daya alam dan sumber daya dana dalam periode tertentu untuk mencapai tujuan dari organisasi tersebut. Dalam hal penyusunan anggaran sektor publik suatu pemerintahan baik dari tingkat pusat, provinsi, maupun kabupaten/kota disesuaikan dengan peraturan yang ada. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji tingkat signifikansi pengaruh partisipasi anggaran terhadap informasi asimetris dan juga untuk menguji tingkat signifikansi pengaruh job relevant information terhadap informasi asimetris pada Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah di Bandar Lampung. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh dinas dalam satuan kerja perangkat daerah (SKPD) di lingkungan pemerintah kota Bandar Lampung. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa partisipasi anggaran berpengaruh negatif terhadap informasi asimetris didukung oleh hasil penelitian. Sedangkan job relevant information berpengaruh negatif terhadap informasi asimetris tidak didukung oleh hasil penelitian. Saran yang diberikan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagi peneliti selanjutnya dapat memperluas sampel penelitian sehingga dapat memberikan gambaran dan hasil yang lebih baik, peneliti selanjutnya juga diharapkan dapat selalu mendampingi responden dalam hal pengisian kuesioner sehingga data yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan maksud dari setiap item pertanyaan yang ada dan diharapkan dapat menambah faktor-faktor lain yang belum digunakan dalam penelitian ini sehingga tingkat pengaruhnya akan lebih besar dan juga item setiap pertanyaan dalam kuesioner agar lebih diperbanyak. One of the tools that can be used by management in the management of the organization is the budget. The budget will be an invaluable tool in the management control system to allocate limited natural resources and financial resources within a certain period to achieve the objectives of the organization. In the case of public sector budgeting a good governance of the central, provincial, and district / city adapted to the existing regulations. The purpose of this study was to test the level of significance of the effect of budget participation on asymmetric information, and also to test the level of significance of the effect of job relevant information on asymmetric information in the SKPD in Bandar Lampung. Objects in this study are all departments within the working unit (SKPD) in Bandar Lampung city government environment. The results of this study concluded the hypothesis that the negative effect on the budgetary participation of asymmetric information supported by the research results. While job relevant information negatively affect the asymmetric information is not supported by the research result. The advice given in this study are for further research can expand the sample so as to provide an overview and a better results, further research is also expected to always accompany the respondents in terms of filling out the questionnaire so that the data generated in accordance with the intent of each item existing questions and is expected to add to other factors that have not been used in this study so that the level of influence will be greater and also items each question in the questionnaire in order to be reproduced.
