Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Masalah penelitian ini adalah tidak sesuainya perilaku pemimpin kelompok PKK Desa Bumi Ayu dengan fase perkembangan kelompok. Dengan kata lain, perilaku pemimpin kelompok PKK Desa Bumi Ayu tidak sesuai dengan fase perkembangan kelompok atau belum menjalankan tugas secara optimal dalam membina kelompok PKK Desa Bumi Ayu pada tahun 2011-2016. Hal ini terlihat dari kurangnya pemimpin dalam mengayomi anggota dan tidak menjalankan tahap-tahap yang seharusnya dilakukan oleh pemimpin dalam kelompok untuk mewujudkan kesejahteraan keluarga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penyebab perilaku pemimpin Pembinaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) dalam perspektif enam fase perkembangan kelompok. Sementara itu metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Perilaku pemimpin kelompok PKK Desa Bumi Ayu tidak sesuai dengan fase perkembangan kelompok. Karena Pertama, Pemimpin kelompok PKK Desa Bumi Ayu tidak mengayomi anggota kelompok. Kedua, Pemimpin kelompok tidak menyatukan/membuat anggota kelompok saling mengenal satu sama lain. Ketiga, Pemimpin kelompok tidak pernah mendengarkan pendapat dari masing-masing anggota serta pemimpin tidak memberikan solusi kepada anggota kelompok. Keempat, Pemimpin kelompok masih terlihat kaku dalam menjalankan program-program PKK. Selanjutnya, Pemimpin kelompok tidak memberikan dukungan dan dorongan kepada anggota agar kelompok dapat berprestasi. Dan yang terakhir, Pemimpin kelompok tidak pernah melakukan proses pembubaran/penutupan setelah melakukan kegiatan. Kata Kunci : Perilaku Pemimpin, Enam Fase Perkembangan Kelompok, Pembinaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK). BEHAVIOR OF LEADER IN PERSPECTIVE SIX PHASE GROUP OF DEVELOPMENT (Studies in group fostering family welfare (PKK) Village Bumi Ayu Sukadana District of East Lampung Regency Year 2011-2016) The research problem is the incompatibility of the PKK leader behavior Village Bumi Ayu with the development phase of the group. In other words, the behavior of the leader of the PKK Village Bumi Ayu does not correspond to the group phase of development or has not run optimally task in fostering the PKK Village Bumi Ayu in the year 2011-2016. This is evident from the lack of a leader in protecting member and not run the steps that should be done by leaders in the group for the welfare of the family. The purpose of this study was to determine the cause of the behavior of the leader of Family Welfare Guidance (PKK) in the perspective of the six phases of development of the group. Meanwhile the research method using descriptive qualitative method. These results indicate that the behavior is the leader of the PKK Village Bumi Ayu is not in accordance with the phase of development of the group. Because First, the PKK leader Desa Bumi Ayu does not protect members of the group. Second, the group leader did not unite / make the group members know each other. Third, the group leader never listen to the opinions of each member and the leader does not provide a solution to the group members. Fourth, the leader of the group still looks stiff in running programs PKK. Furthermore, the group leader did not provide support and encouragement to members of that group can perform. And finally, the group leader never did the dissolution / closure after doing activities. Keywords: Leader Behavior, Six Phase Group Development, Family Welfare Fostering (PKK).
