ABSTRAK KINERJA PROGRAM PARTNESHIP BUILDING DALAM PENANGGULANGAN NARKOTIKA DI POLRES LAMPUNG TENGAH Oleh Dewinta Fenny Utami Penelitian ini diangkat dari adanya masalah maraknya penyalahgunaan narkotika dan gangguan Kamtibmas. Tujuan penelitian untuk menilai adanya Kinerja Program Partnership Building dalam Penanggulangan Bahaya Narkotika Di Polres Lampung Tengah. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Fokus penelitian adalah Rumusan Program Partnership Building, Proses pelaksanaan Program Partnership Building, dan Hasil pencapain dari Program Partnership Building dalam penanggulangan narkotika. Informan penelitian adalah: Satuan Reserse Narkoba Polres Lampung Tengah, SMAN 1 Gunung Sugih, SMAN1 Anak Tuha, SMKN 3 Terbanggi, BNK Kabupaten Lampung Tengah dan warga Adat masyarakat Gunung Sugih.. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah Observasi, Wawancara, dan Dokumentasi, analisa data menggunakan Analisis Kualitatif. Hasil penelitian pencapaian Kinerja Program Partnership Building dalam Penanggulangan Penyalahgunaan Narkotika dapat dikatakan BAIK karena dilakukan oleh Polres Lampung Tengah melalui Satuan Reserse Narkoba dalam bentuk Polmas atau Perpolisian Masyarakat (comunity policing), Bina Mitra, Program Sejuta Kawan, Pembinaan dan Penyuluhan terhadap (Binluh Pelajar, Mahasiswa, Karang taruna, dan Tokoh Masyrakat serta organisasi lainnya) termasuk melalui Satgas Anti Narkoba, Telepon Online, dan Teknik Under Cover Buy. Kata Kunci: Partnership Building , Kinerja ABSTRAK THE PERFORMANCE OF PARTNERSHIP BUILDING PROGRAM IN MITIGATING DRUG ABUSE (A Case Study in Middle Lampung Police Office) By Dewinta Fenny Utami The study be appointed from its the rampant problem of drug abuse and interference Kamtibmas. Objective of this research was to asses the presence of the performance of Partnership Building program in mitigating drug abuse in middle Lampung Police Office. This research used qualitative method. This research focused on the conduct of Partnership Building. Program in mitigating drug abuse and its result.The informant were unit of drug abuse detective in middle Lampung Police office,State Senior High School (SSHS) 1 Gunung Sugih,SSHS 1 anak Tuha,State Vocational School 3 Terbanggi,Regional Narcotics Agency (BNK) in Middle Lampung district,and traditional society of Gunung Sugih . Data were collected with observation,interview,and documentation.Data were analyzed with qualitative analysis. The result showed that the performance of Partnership Building program in mitigating drug abuse was good because Middle Lampung Police Office conducted the program through it unit of drug abuse detective by establishing community police (POLMAS),Bina Mitra, A million Friends Program,education to students,youth organizations (Karang Taruna) and public figures and other public organizations,as well as throuh Anti-drug Task Force Unit,Online telephone,and under cover buy technique.
