Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Kinerja komisi informasi dalam mendorong keterbukaan informasi publik di provinsi lampung didasarkan pada Nomor 14 Tahun 2008 tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik telah mengamanatkan pembentukan Komisi Informasi Pusat dan Komisi Informasi Propinsi di setiap provinsi. Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada bagaimana kinerja komisi informasi provinsi lampung dalam mendorong keterbukaan informasi publik serta faktor-faktor apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja komisi informasi dalam mendorong keterbukaan informasi publik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Prosedur pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data dilakukan dengan derajat kepercayaan, keteralihan, kebergantungan dan kepastian. Hasil penelitian dan analisis mengenaiKinerja Komisi Informasi menggunakan beberapa indikator fakus penelitian yang peneliti gunakan, kesimpulan yang peneliti tarik adalah kinerja yang dilakukan oleh komisi informasi provinsi lampung kurang baik ini terbukti dari masyarakat yang belum mengetahui keberadaan komisi informasi.Serta faktor-faktor yang dapat mendorong keterbukaan informasi muncul dari internal itu sendiri yaitu lingkup sekretariat komisi informasi provinsi yang harus memperbaiki agar kinerja yang diharapkan dapat lebih maksimal lagi. Saran yang dapat diberikan penulis yaitu sampai saat ini masyarakat belum mengetahui keberadaan komisi informasi, dengan kondisi seperti ini seharusnya komisi informasi lebih tegas lagi dalam menyampaikan maksud dari keterbukaan informasi dengan melakukan kegiatan sosialisasi ke masyarakat langsung serta Perbaiki fasilitas yang ada, seperti merenovasi gedung yang sudah usang agar terlihat seperti kantor. Data analysis was performed with data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Data validation was done with a degree of confidence, keteralihan, dependability and certainty Results of research and analysis of performance information in the commission encourages public disclosure of some of the indicators that researchers use research focus, Researchers concluded that the drop was a performance conducted by the commission information Lampung province is still not good, it is evident from the people who do not know the existence of the commission information and performance that has made the information commission also unfortunately has not been accompanied by the facilities / infrastructure is good anyway. And the factors which can encourage the disclosure of information is emerging from the internal itself, namely the scope of the commission secretariat provincial information that should improve that performance is expected to be up again. Advice can be given that the author of the information the Commission formed as a breaker of disputes relating to public information disclosure to the public but until now did not know the whereabouts information commission. with this condition should have more firm information commission in conveying the intent of openness informas to conduct socialization activities to the public directly , as well as the improvement of existing facilities, such as the renovation of obsolete buildings to look like an office.
