Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Konflik di Register 45 kabupaten Mesuji merupakan konflik penguasaan dan pengelolaan hutan tanaman industri yang sejak lama telah menjadi silang sengketa antara investor, masyarakat, dan pemerintah. Konflik tersebut sampai saat ini belum terselesaikan secara tuntas. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi dua pasangan bakal calon kepala daerah terhadap konflik agraria register 45 mesuji menjelang pemilihan kepala daerah tahun 2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian deskriptif dengan analisis kualitatif karena penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan mendiskripsikan persepsi elit politik lokal bakal calon kepala daerah terhadap konflik agraria register 45 mesuji menjelang pemilihan kepala daerah tahun 2017. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa persepsi elit politik lokal bakal calon kepala daerah terhadap konflik agraria register 45 menjelang pemilihan kepala daerah tahun 2017 meliputi pengetahuan bakal calon kepala daerah mengenai konflik agraria register 45 Mesuji, motivasi bakal calon kepala daerah jika terpilih akan memprioritaskan penyelesaian konflik agraria dalam setiap pengambilan keputusan dan kebijakan, dan pengalaman dari bakal calon terkait konflik agraria Register 45 Mesuji yang menghasilkan respon bakal calon terhadap konflik meliputi penyebab konflik, penyebab tidak terselesaikannya konflik, pihak yang berwenang dalam penyelesaian konflik dan sikap elit politik lokal bakal calon kepala daerah terhadap konflik agraria Register 45 Mesuji jika terpilih dalam pemilihan kepala daerah pada tahun 2017 mendatang. YEAR 2017 Conflict in Register 45 counties Mesuji constitute a conflict of control and management of industrial forests that have long become a cross disputes between investors, communities, and governments. The conflict until now has not been solved completely. The research objective was to determine the perception of the two pairs of candidates of regional head of the agrarian conflict register 45 Mesuji ahead of the local elections in 2017. This research use descriptive research type with qualitative analysis for this study aims to assess and describe the perception of the local political elite candidates of regional head the agrarian conflicts registers 45 Mesuji ahead of the local elections in 2017. the results showed that the perception of the local political elite candidates of regional head of the agrarian conflict registers 45 ahead of the local elections in 2017 include knowledge of candidates of regional head of the agrarian conflict registers 45 Mesuji, motivation prospective head region if elected would be to prioritize the completion of the agrarian conflict in decision-making and policy, and experience of prospective candidates associated agrarian conflicts Register 45 Mesuji that produces the response of candidates to the conflict include the cause of the conflict, the cause is not solved, the conflict, the authorities in the settlement conflict and the attitude of the local political elite prospective regional head of the agrarian conflict Register 45 Mesuji if elected in local elections in the year 2017.
