Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Salah satu aspek yang ditinjau dari kajian manajemen konstruksi dalam kaitan dengan percepatan pelaksanaan pekerjaan adalah sistem lembur (penambahan jam kerja), dan juga dengan sistem penambahan tenaga kerja. Langkah efisiensi dalam suatu proyek merupakan modal dalam menyelesaikan sebuah pekerjaan sesuai jadwal yang telah ditentukan dengan jalan penentuan peralatan yang tepat serta penggunaan biaya dan waktu terampil dan efisien dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan suatu proyek. Alternatif percepatan yang digunakan yaitu penambahan tenaga kerja dan penambahan jam kerja. Kajian percepatan dilakukan dengan menggunakan sisa volume pekerjaan yang belum dikerjakan pada item-item pekerjaan yang berasal dari daftar rencana penyelesaian pekerjaan ITERA. Perhitungan menggunakan crashing dengan rencana percepatan durasi selama 5 hari dari durasi normal 17 hari sehingga durasi menjadi 12 hari. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis dengan metode Time Cost Trade Off. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh metode yang paling untuk proyek tersebut baik yaitu percepatan dengan metode penambahan tenaga kerja dengan pengurangan durasi selama 5 hari diperoleh penambahan biaya sebesar Rp.527.760.000,00, mengalami peningkatan sebesar 15,67 % dari biaya normal, dengan cost slope sebesar Rp.105.552.000,00. Sedangkan untuk metode penambahan jam kerja dengan pengurangan durasi selama 5 hari diperoleh penambahan biaya sebesar Rp.635.671.875,00 dengan peningkatan sebesar 18,87 % dari biaya normal, dengan cost slope sebesar Rp.127.134.375,00. One of the aspects reviewed from the study of construction management in relation with acceleration of the implementation work are overtime system (additional hours of work), and also with the addition of labor system. Efficiency step in a project is a key in completing a job according the schedule determined with the determination way of the proper equipment as well as the use of cost and time of skilled and efficient in carrying out the work of a project. Alternative acceleration used is the addition of labor and hours of work. Acceleration studies conducted with using the remains of the volume of work that has not been done on those items of work that comes from the completion of the ITERA project. Calculations using crashing with plans for 5 days duration of the acceleration from the normal duration of a 17-days so that it becomes 12 days. Further analysis conducted by of Time-Cost Trade Off. From the analysis results the best methods and favorable is the acceleration by addition of labor methode with a reduced duration of 5 days addition of costs of Rp. 527.760.000,00, or increasing of 15,67% from normal fee, with cost slope of Rp. 105.552.000,00. As for the method of adding working hours with a reduction in duration of 5 days and increasing costs of Rp. 635.671.875,00 or increasing of 18.87% from normal fee, with cost slope of Rp. 127.134.375,00.
