Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar dalam bentuk lembar kerja peserta didik berbasis multiple intelligences yang valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep matematis peserta didik. Penelitian pengembangan ini mengikuti alur penelitian pengembangan Borg & Gall. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah instrumen validasi ahli, instrumen respon peserta didik, dan instrumen pemahaman konsep matematis. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan melihat aspek yang dinilai. Berdasarkan hasil uji ahli desain pembelajaran dan ahli materi, lembar kerja peserta didik yang dikembangkan memiliki validitas yang baik. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas VII semester genap SMPN 2 Merbau Mataram tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Respon peserta didik terhadap lembar kerja peserta didik yang dikembangkan sangat baik yaitu sangat menarik dan mudah digunakan. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa lembar kerja peserta didik yang dikembangkan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep matematis peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, lembar kerja peserta didik berbasis multiple intelligences yang dikembangkan valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep matematis peserta didik. Kata Kunci: LKPD, multiple intelligences, pemahaman konsep matematis This research aims to develop teaching materials in form of students' worksheet based on multiple intelligences for valid, practical, and effective way to improve students' understanding of mathematical concept. This research development was in replication to the research development done by Borg & Gall. The instruments used included: expert validation instrument, students' feed back, and mathematical concept understanding instrument. The data were analyzed descriptively according to the assessed aspects. Based on the findings of the tests for learning design expert and materials experts, the students' worksheets being developed have a good validity. The subject in this research was grade VII students in even semester of SMPN 2 Merbau Mataram academic year 2015/2016. The students' response towards the students' worksheet being developed was possitive since it is attractive and easy to use. The results showed that the students' worksheet being developed could improve students' understanding of mathematical concept. According to the findings of the research, the students' worksheet based on multiple intelligences were valid, practical and effective to improve students' understanding of mathematical concept.
