Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Komunikasi antarpribadi adalah proses komunikasi yang dianggap paling efektif dalam hal upaya mengubah sikap, prilaku atau pendapat seseorang. Tidak terkecuali komunikasi antarpribadi yang dilakukan oleh pengasuh panti asuhan dalam membentuk sikap kemandirian anak-anak asuh di panti asuhan Al-Husna Bandar Lampung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah peranan komunikasi antarpribadi yang dilakukan oleh pengasuh panti asuhan dalam membentuk sikap kemandirian anak-anak asuhnya. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori Devito pendekatan humanistik. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan para informan dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengasuh panti asuhan melatih sikap kemandirian anak-anak asuhnya dengan cara menerapkan sikap disiplin dalam kegiatan sehari-hari. Dan hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aspek keterbukaan dan sikap positif adalah aspek yang paling efektif digunakan diantara pengasuh panti asuhan dan anak-anak asuhnya untuk melakukan komunikasi antarpribadi dalam membentuk sikap kemandirian anak asuh. Kata kunci : Komunikasi antarpribadi, pendekatan humanistik, anak asuh. abstract Interpersonal communication is the process of communication that is considered the most effective in terms of the effort of changing attitudes, behaviour or opinions of a person. No exception of interpersonal communication that is done by the caretakers of the orphanage in shaping the attitude of self-reliance foster children in orphanages Al-Husna Bandar Lampung. The purpose of this research is to find out how the role of interpersonal communication that is done by the caretakers of the orphanage in shaping the attitude of independence of his foster children. In this study the theory used is a theory of humanistic approach Devito. This research uses qualitative research with engineering type collection of data through in-depth interviews with the informant. The results of this study indicate that the orphanages caregiver coaching attitude of independence of foster children by way of applying disciplinary attitude in daily activities. And the results of this research show that aspects of openness and a positive attitude is the most effective aspect of use among caregivers of the orphanage and foster children to conduct interpersonal communication in shaping the attitude of independence of foster care.
