ABSTRACT BEHAVIOR ANALYSIS OF FAMILY ROLE OF EXCLUSIVE BREAST FEEDING IN INFANT 6-24 MONTHS OF AGE IN THE WORK AREA HEALTH CENTER WAY HALIM BANDAR LAMPUNG By Annisa Mardhiyyah Background: Scope of exclusive breastfeeding in the city of Bandar Lampung at 21.46% had not reached the national target of 80%. Causes include maternal behavior, which was influenced by the role of the family. This study aimed to influence the role of the family, the husband and mother-in-law against the behavior of exclusive breastfeeding. Methods: This research was an analytic observational with cross sectional design. Research in September - October 2016, at 20 Posyandu of Way Halim with a total sample of 118 was taken using purposive sampling technique. Data collection used questionnaires family support. Results: They were 50.8% of respondents behave exclusive breastfeeding, 64.4% support the role of husband and 59.3% supporting the role of mother-in-law. Chi-Square test results obtained by value p <0.001 for the role of husband and the role of mother-in-law that there is a significant relationship between the role of husband and mother-in-law's role on the behavior of exclusive breastfeeding. While the results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that no effect of the role of husband and mother-in-law's role on the behavior of exclusive breastfeeding. Conclusion: The relationship between the role of the family that was the role of husband and mother-in-law's role on the behavior of exclusive breastfeeding but these two variables interacting simultaneously. Keywords: Exclusive breastfeeding, the role of husband, mother-in-law's role ABSTRAK ANALISIS PERAN KELUARGA TERHADAP PERILAKU PEMBERIAN ASI EKSKLUSIF PADA BAYI USIA 6-24 BULAN DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS WAY HALIM KOTA BANDAR LAMPUNG Oleh Annisa Mardhiyyah Latar Belakang : Cakupan ASI eksklusif di Kota Bandar Lampung sebesar 21,46% belum mencapai target Nasional sebesar 80%. Penyebab diantaranya perilaku ibu, yang dipengaruhi faktor peran keluarga. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui pengaruh peran keluarga yaitu suami dan ibu mertua terhadap perilaku ASI eksklusif. Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini adalah observasional analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Penelitian pada September – Oktober 2016, bertempat di 20 Posyandu Kecamatan Way Halim dengan sampel berjumlah 118 yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dukungan keluarga. Hasil penelitian : Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan 50,8% responden berperilaku ASI eksklusif, 64,4% peran suami mendukung dan 59,3% peran ibu mertua yang mendukung. Hasil uji Chi-Square diperoleh nilai p < 0,001 untuk peran suami dan peran ibu mertua yaitu terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara peran suami dan peran ibu mertua terhadap perilaku pemberian ASI eksklusif. Sedangkan hasil analisis multivariat regresi logistik menunjukkan tidak terdapat pengaruh antara peran suami dan peran ibu mertua terhadap perilaku pemberian ASI eksklusif. Simpulan : Terdapat hubungan antara peran keluarga yaitu peran suami dan peran ibu mertua terhadap perilaku pemberian ASI eksklusif namun kedua variabel ini saling berinteraksi secara bersamaan.
