Latar Belakang: Efikasi diri merupakan keyakinan yang dimiliki oleh individu untuk mampu berhasil dalam mengerjakan suatu hal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan efikasi diri terhadap hasil belajar blok Emergency Medicine pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Lampung. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasional analitik dan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 170 mahasiswa angkatan akhir Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Lampung, dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner General Self Efficacy (GSE) yang terdiri dari 13 item pertanyaan, dan data hasil belajar didapatkan dari ujian akhir blok CBT Emergency Medicine. Data penelitian ini dianalisis mengunakan uji chi square. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, terdapat 73 (42,9%) responden yang memiliki efikasi diri sedang, 54 (31,8%) responden memiliki efikasi diri tinggi, dan 43 (25,3%) responden memiliki efikasi diri rendah. Hasil uji chi square, didapatkan nilai p 0,000 (<0,05). Simpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara efikasi diri terhadap hasil belajar blok Emergency Medicine pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Lampung. Kata kunci : belajar, efikasi diri, hasil belajar ABSTRACT Background: Self efficacy is an individual‟s belief to be able in succeeding of doing something. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between self efficacy and learning outcome in Emergency Medicine block of final year medical students in Medical Faculty Of Lampung University. Methods: This study using observational analytic and cross sectional approach. The sample is consist of 170 final year medical students in Medical Faculty Of Lampung University by using total sampling technique. This study used General Self Efficacy (GSE) questionnaire, which consists of 13 items of questions and learning outcome data that is obtained from final block exam CBT Emergency Medicine block. Data of this study were analyzed with chi square test. Results: The results of this study show 73 (42,9%) respondents have moderate self efficacy, 54 (31,8%) respondents have high self efficacy, and 43 (25,3%) respondents have low self efficacy. The results of chi square test show that the score of p value is 0.000 (<0.05). Conclusion: There is a relationship between self efficacy and learning outcome in Emergency Medicine block of final year medical students in Medical Faculty of Lampung University.
