Abstrak

ABSTRAK Latar belakang: Kendaraan menyumbangkan 70%-80% polusi udara, salah satu komponen polusi tersebut adalah plumbum. Plumbum merupakan logam bersifat neurotoksik yang dapat menurunkan memori spasial dan intake sukrosa. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode rancangan acak lengkap dengan sampel 24 ekor tikus putih (Rattus norvegicus) jantan galur Sprague-dawley berusia 2-3 bulan terbagi ke dalam 4 kelompok yang diinduksi dengan plumbum asetat selama 7 hari, yaitu kelompok kontrol (K), kelompok perlakuan 1 dosis 50 mg/kg (P1), kelompok perlakuan 2 dosis 100 mg/kg (P2) dan kelompok perlakuan 3 dosis 200 mg/kg (P3). Memori spasial dinilai menggunakan alat Morris-water maze metode probe test dengan latihan 4 kali/hari selama 2 hari dan intake sukrosa dinilai menggunakan metode 2-hours access dengan melihat persentase konsumsi sukrosa 4% terhadap keseluruhan cairan. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode One-way Anova. Hasil penelitian: Hasil rerata nilai memori spasial pada K: 35.28%, P1: 25.55%, P2: 25.28%, P3: 21.39% didapatkan pengaruh yang bermakna dengan nilai p=0.037. Hasil rerata nilai intake sukrosa pada K: 77.03%, P1: 17.58%, P2: 18.63%, P3: 11.03 % didapatkan pengaruh yang bermakna dengan nilai p=0.000. Simpulan: Induksi plumbum asetat selama 7 hari dapat menurunkan memori spasial dan intake sukrosa tikus putih (Rattus norvegicus) jantan galur Sprague-dawley. Kata kunci : Intake sukrosa, Memori spasial, Plumbum ABSTRACT Background: Vehicle contributes for 70%-80% of air pollution, one of the components such pollution is plumbum. Plumbum is a neurotoxic metal that can lower spatial memory and sucrose intake. Methods: This is a completely randomized design method used 24 male rats (Rattus norvegicus) Sprague-Dawley aged 2-3 months were divided into 4 groups induced by lead acetate for 7 days, the control group (K), group 1 dose of 50 mg/kg (P1), group 2 doses of 100 mg/kg (P2) and the treatment group 3 doses of 200 mg/kg (P3). Spatial memory assessed using a Morris water maze test probe method with exercise 4 times/day for 2 days and sucrose intake was assessed using method 2-hours access by looking at the percentage of consumption of sucrose 4% of the total fluid. Data were analyzed using One-way ANOVA. Result: The results of the average number of spatial memory in K: 35.28%, P1: 25.55%, P2: 25.28%, P3: 21.39% obtained significant influence with p = 0.037. The results of the average value of sucrose intake in K: 77.03%, P1: 17:58%, P2: 18.63%, P3: 11:03% obtained significant influence with p=0.000. Conclusion: Induction of plumbum acetate for 7 days can reduce spatial memory and sucrose intake of white rats (Rattus norvegicus) male Sprague-Dawley.
