ABSTRAK FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN DERAJAT KECACATAN PASIEN MORBUS HANSEN DI KOTA BANDAR LAMPUNG Oleh MULYA DITA PARAMITA Latar belakang: Morbus Hansen (MH) atau lebih dikenal dengan kusta merupakan penyakit infeksi kronik yang disebabkan oleh Mycobacterium leprae (M. leprae). Pada tahun 2014, jumlah kasus baru MH di Kota Bandar Lampung menduduki peringkat kedua setelah Lampung Tengah, yaitu sebanyak 22 orang. Penderita MH dapat mengalami kecacatan akibat beberapa faktor, antara lain adalah pengetahuan, pendidikan, perawatan diri, sosial-ekonomi, lama sakit, tipe MH, reaksi MH, keteraturan minum obat, dan lain-lain. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan derajat kecacatan pasien MH di Kota Bandar Lampung. Metode: Penelitian ini dilakukan di 10 Puskesmas Kota Bandar Lampung dari bulan Mei s.d. Desember dengan jumlah SP sebanyak 17 SP menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Hasil: Hasil uji Fisher’s exact menunjukkan hubungan antara faktor pengetahuan (p=1,000), pendidikan (p=1,000), perawatan diri (p=0,584), sosial-ekonomi (p=0,603), lama sakit (p=1,000), reaksi MH (p=0,275), tipe MH (p=NA), keteraturan minum obat (p=0,576) dengan derajat kecacatan pasien MH di Kota Bandar Lampung. Kesimpulan: Tidak terdapat hubungan antara faktor pengetahuan, pendidikan, perawatan diri, sosial-ekonomi, lama sakit, reaksi MH, tipe MH dan keteraturan berobat dengan derajat kecacatan pasien MH di Kota Bandar Lampung. Kata kunci : Derajat kecacatan, Morbus Hansen ABSTRACT THE FACTORS RELATED TO THE DEGREE OF DISABILITIES OF MORBUS HANSEN PATIENTS IN BANDAR LAMPUNG By MULYA DITA PARAMITA Background: Morbus Hansen (MH) or leprosy is a chronic infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium Leprae (M. Leprae). In 2014, the amount of new cases of MH in Bandar Lampung was 22 patients which took the second rank after the Central Lampung. Morbus Hansen patients may suffer disabilities due to several factors; such as knowledge; education; personal care; socio-economic; the duration of illnes; type of MH; MH reaction; the compliance of consuming drug; and others. Objective: To determine the factors related to the degree of disabilities of morbus hansen patients in Bandar Lampung. Methods: This study was conducted in ten public health centers (PUSKESMAS) in Bandar Lampung from Mei until December 2016. The subjects was 17 MH patients who fullfilled the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The design of this study was cross sectional. Results: The data were analyzed using Fisher’s exact test. It showed that the relation between degree of disabilities and knowledge was p=1,000; education was p=1,000; personal care was p=0,584; socio-economic was p=0,603; duration of illness was p=1,000; MH reaction was p=0,275; type MH was p= NA; compliance of consuming drug was p=0,576. With a degree of disability of patiens MH in Bandar Lampung. Conclusion: There was no relation between factors like of knowledge; education; personal care; socio-economic; duration of illnes; MH reaction; MH type and the compliance of consuming drug and the degree of disabilities of morbus hansen patients in Bandar Lampung.
