Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh Motivasi terhadap Minat Mahasiswa Akuntansi FEB unila untuk Melanjutkan Magister Ilmu Akuntansi, (2) Pengaruh Persepsi Biaya Pendidikan terhadap Minat Mahasiswa Akuntansi FEB unila untuk Melanjutkan Magister Ilmu Akuntansi, (3) Pengaruh Persepsi Masa Studi terhadap Minat Mahasiswa Akuntansi FEB unila untuk Melanjutkan Magister Ilmu Akuntansi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Teknik pemilihan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 150 responden Responden mahasiswa FEB Universitas Lampung. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 21. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Motivasi secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap minat mahasiswa untuk melanjutkan Program Pasca Magister Akuntansi pada tingkat signifikansi 0,05, dengan nilai sig Motivasi Internal 0,000 <0,05; (2) Persepsi Biaya secara signifikan tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat mahasiswa untuk melanjutkan Program Pasca Magister Akuntansi pada tingkat signifikansi 0,05, dengan nilai sig. Persepsi Biaya 0,827<0,05; (3) Lama Pendidikan secara signifikan tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat mahasiswa untuk melanjutkan Program Pasca Magister Akuntansi pada tingkat signifikansi 0,05, dengan nilai sig. Lama Pendidikan 0,208<0,05. Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Persepsi Biaya, Lama Pendidikan, Minat Mahasiswa Melanjutkan Program Pasca Magister Akuntansi ABSTRACT This study aims to determine: (1) Effect of Motivation on Interests Accounting Students economics and Business Faculty Unila for Continuing Master of Science in Accounting, (2) Effect of Perceived Cost of Education towards Interests Accounting Students economics and Business Faculty Unila for Continuing Master of Science in Accounting, (3) Effect of Perception Study Periode to Accounting Students economics and Business Faculty Unila interest for Continuing Master of Science in Accounting. The method used is a survey method. Mechanical sample selection was done by purposive sampling. Used as a sample of 150 respondents Respondents economics and Business Faculty students Lampung University. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 21. Data were collected through questionnaires . . The results showed that: (1) Motivation significantly affect the interest of students to continue the Post-Master of Accounting Programme at the 0.05 level, the Internal motivation sig 0.000 <0.05; (2) Perception fee did not significantly affect the interest of students to continue the Post-Master of Accounting Programme at the 0.05 level, with sig. Perception Cost 0.827 <0.05; (3) Education Long did not significantly affect the interest of students to continue the Post-Master of Accounting Program at the 0.05 level, with sig.
