Penelitian ini secara umum bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif antara variabel Transparansi, variabel Akuntabilitas, variabel Partisipasi, variabel Aturan Hukum, dan variabel Berkeadilan terhadap kepuasan pelayanan di Kantor Imigrasi Propinsi Lampung pada 3 Kantor Pelayanan yaitu imigrasi kelas I Bandar Lampung, imigrasi kelas III Kotabumi dan imigrasi kelas III Kalianda. Operasional variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah good government governance yang diproksikan dengan variabel Transparansi, variabel Akuntabilitas, variabel Partisipasi, variabel Aturan Hukum, dan variabel Berkeadilan. Data dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer yang diperoleh dari metode survei.Terdapat 300 sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan memberikan kuisioner kepada para pemohon paspor kantor imigrasi. Kemudian, metode penelitian menggunakan model SEM (Structure Equation Model) melalui software Lisrel 8.80 Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan prinsip transparansi, akuntabilitas, partisipasi, dan berkeadilan terhadap kepuasan para pemohon paspor. Sedangkan terdapat pengaruh positif tidak signifikan prinsip aturan hukum terhadap kepuasan para pemohon paspor. Adapun kontribusi pada penelitian ini adalah bahwa regulasi sangat menentukan kepatuhan organisasi dalam menjalankan pelayanan publik. Temuan ini menunjukkan jika penerapan Good Government Governance dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik maka akan memberikan kepuasan pelayanan bagi masyarakat dan menciptakan pelayanan publik yang berkualitas. Kata kunci: Good Government Governance, Kepuasan Pelayanan, Kantor Imigrasi Provinsi Lampung ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the generally positive influence between variables Transparency, Accountability variable, the variable Participation, variable Rule of Law and Fair variables to satisfaction of services at the Immigration Office of Lampung 3 Immigration Office, namely Bandar Lampung, Kotabumi and Trump. Operational variables in this study is a good government governance which is proxied by variables Transparency, Accountability variable, the variable Participation, variable Rule of Law and Fair variables. The data in this study are primary data obtained from the survey method at the Immigration Office of Lampung 3 Immigration Office, namely Bandar Lampung, Kotabumi and Kalianda. There 300 samples in this study by giving questionnaires to the applicant's passport at the Immigration Office of Lampung 3 immigration namely Bandar Lampung, Kotabumi and Kalianda. Then, research methods using SEM models (Structure Equation Model) through software lisrel 8.80 The results show that there is a positive and significant effect of the application of the principles of transparency, accountability, participation, and justice to the satisfaction of the applicant's passport. While there is no significant positive effect of the application of the principle of the rule of law to the satisfaction of the applicant's passport. The contribution of this study is that regulatory compliance is crucial in running a public service organization. These findings indicate if the application of the Good Government Governance can be implemented properly it will provide services to the community satisfaction.
