Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kualitas internal telur ayam ras yang direndam dengan menggunakan larutan daun kelor dan disimpan selama 30 hari. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada 14 Agustus--13 September 2016 bertempat di Laboratorium Produksi dan Reproduksi Ternak, Jurusan Peternakan, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Lampung. Materi penelitian menggunakan telur ayam ras strain isa brown dari induk ayam berumur 60 minggu. Jumlah telur ayam ras yang digunakan sebanyak 72 butir dengan bobot awal rata-rata 63,0 ±1,514 g/butir dan koefisien varian sebesar 2,40%. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap yang terdiri atas 4 perlakuan dan 6 ulangan. Perlakuan penelitian terdiri atas perendalam telur menggunakan larutan daun kelor 0% (b/v), 10% (b/v), 20% (b/v), dan 30% (b/v). Data hasil pengamatan dianalisis ragam pada taraf 5% dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perendaman telur menggunakan larutan daun kelor berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) meningkatkan indeks putih telur dan nilai haugh unit dan tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap indeks kuning telur dan persentase penurunan bobot telur. Konsentrasi 30% larutan daun kelor memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap kualitas internal telur ayam ras. Kata kunci: daun kelor, indeks putih telur, indeks kuning telur, nilai haugh unit, persentase penurunan bobot telur. ABSTRACT The purpose of this research was to find out interior quality of egg laying hens which immersion with moringa leaf solution and storage during 30 days. This research carried out on August 14--September 13, 2016 housed in the Laboratory Animal Production and Reproduction, Department of Animal Husbandry, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Lampung. The material of research used 72 eggs laying hens strain isa brown from layer of 60 weeks old with the average weight 63,0±1,51 and coefficient of variation 2,40%. This research used a Completely Randomized Design with 4 treatments and 6 replicates. The trearments of research consists of immersion egg used moringa leaf solution 0% (w/v), 10% (w/v), 20% (w/v), and 30% (w/v). Analyzed data observation used varian with 5% trust level and continued with Least Significant Different test. The result showed that immersion egg with moringa leaf solution significant effect (P<0,05) increase albumin index and the haugh unit, and not significant effect (>0,05) to yolk index and percentage egg weight lo. Consentration 30% of immersion moringa leaf solution to give the best treatment to interior quality of egg laying hens.
