Abstrak

ABSTRAK Acrylonitrile merupakan salah satu produk industri kimia yang digunakan sebagai bahan baku pembuatan Acrylic Fiber, Nitrile Rubber, Adiponitrile, acrylamide, Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) dan Styrene Acrylonitrile (SAN). Acrylonitrile dapat diproduksi dengan beberapa proses yaitu 1) Proses Dehidrasi Ethylene Cyanohydrin, 2) Proses Acetylene dan 3) Proses Propylene Ammoxidation. Penyediaan kebutuhan utilitas pabrik berupa sistem pengolahan dan penyediaan air, sistem penyediaan steam, cooling water, dan sistem pembangkit tenaga listrik. Kapasitas produksi pabrik acrylonitrile direncanakan 60.000 ton/tahun dengan 330 hari kerja dalam 1 tahun. Lokasi pabrik direncanakan didirikan di daerah Cilegon, Banten. Tenaga kerja yang dibutuhkan sebanyak 131 orang dengan bentuk badan usaha Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan struktur organisasi line and staff. Dari analisisekonomidiperoleh: Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) = Rp 739.134.834.369 Working Capital Investment (WCI) = Rp 120.184.525.914 Total Capital Investment (TCI) = Rp 802.689.542.128 Break Even Point (BEP) = 44,53% Shut Down Point (SDP) = 20,98% Pay Out Time before taxes (POT)b= 3,23 years Pay Out Time after taxes (POT)a = 4,01 years Return onInvestment before taxes (ROI)b = 27,61% Return onInvestment after taxes (ROI)a = 22,1% Discounted cash flow (DCF) = 20,94% Berdasarkan beberapa paparan di atas, maka pendirian pabrik acrylonitrile ini layak untuk dikaji lebih lanjut, karena merupakan pabrik yang menguntungkan dari sisi ekonomi dan mempunyai prospek yang relatif cukup baik. ABSTRACT Acrylonitrile is one of the product industry chemicals are used as the raw materials for Acrylic Fiber, Nitrile Rubber, Adiponitrile, acrylamide, Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) and Styrene Acrylonitrile (SAN). Acrylonitrile can be produced by some of the process is : 1) Process of dehydration ethylene cyanohidrin, 2) Procces from Acetylene and 3) Procces from Propylene Ammoxidation. Provision of utility plant needs a treatment system and water supply, cooling water, ,dan Generator electrical power system. Capacity of the plant is planned to production acrylonitrile is 60.000 tons/year with 330 working days in a year. The location of plant is planned in Cilegon, Banten. Labor needed in this plant as many as 131 people with a business entityform Limited Liability Company (PT) with line and staff organizational structure.
