The aim of the research was to describe the implementation of Strategic Management in Arranging the School Plan in SMP Tunas Mekar Indonesia Bandar Lampung. This research focused on four points, which were: 1) the process of forming School Development Team, 2) the formulation of school vision, mission and goal, 3) the formulation of arrangement of school plan and annual school plan, and 4) the implementation of school plan. This qualitative research applied data collection techniques through observation, documentation and interviews. The data sources were the leader of PT Tunas Mekar Indonesia, School Committee (Parents Association), and teacher. Triangulation of the data analysis was held by comparing the result of observations, documentations and interviews. The results of the research were SMP Tunas Mekar Indonesia: 1) has formed a School Development Team as the first step of strategic management process, 2) has formulated school vision, mission and goal as the prime basic of school programs, 3) The process of Arrangement of School Plan was through 5 steps, 4) The Implementation of School Plan had been through some steps which were: monitoring, evaluating, reporting, renewing. SMP TMI strongly emphasized team work from the leaders, teachers and staff. They discussed to create the school strategies, implement, and evaluating it. Keywords: school plan, strategic management Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan implementasi manajemen strategik dalam penyusunan rencana kerja sekolah di SMP Tunas Mekar Indonesia Bandarlampung. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada 4 hal yaitu: 1) proses pembentukan Tim Pengembang Sekolah, 2) perumusan visi, misi, dan tujuan sekolah, 3)pPerumusan Rencana Kerja Sekolah, dan 4) implementasi rencana kerja sekolah. Penelitian kualitatif ini mengaplikasikan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Sumber data adalah pimpiman PT Tunas Mekar Indonesia, kepala sekolah, wakil Kepala sekolah, guru, dan Komite Sekolah. Triangulasi data dilakukan untuk membandingkan hasil observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian: SMP Tunas Mekar Indonesia 1) membentuk Tim Pengembang Sekolah sebagai tahap awal dari proses manajemen strategik, 2) telah merumuskan visi, misi dan tujuan sekolah sebagai landasan untuk semua program sekolah, 3) Proses penyusunan Rencana Kerja Sekolah dan Rencana Kerja Tahunan di SMP Tunas Mekar Indonesia melalui 5 tahap, 4) Implementasi Rencana Kerja Sekolah mealui beberapa tahap yaitu pelaksanaan, monitoring, evaluasi, pelaporan dan pembaharuan. SMP TMI menekankan kerja tim yang sangat baik dari pimpinan, guru, dan staf. Mereka berdiskusi untuk menentukan strategi sekolah, mengimplementasikannya, dan mengevaluasinya.
