Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
ABSTRAK Merosotnya nilai ketuntasan minimal (KKM) siswa salah satunya disebabkan oleh model pembelajaran yang tidak tepat. Model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT dengan tutor sebaya untuk meningkatkan komunikasi matematis dan aktivitas belajar, merupakan pembelajaran yang tepat untuk meningkatkan KKM pada siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) design pengembangan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT melalui tutor sebaya untuk meningkatkan komunikasi matematika dan aktivitas belajar siswa, (2) hasil komunikasi matematis siswa pada pengembangan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT melalui tutor sebaya dilihat dari KKM, (3) aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT dengan tutor sebaya. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan metode Research and Development mengikuti langkah-langkah Borg dan Gall yang mengacu pada prosedur Sanjaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis kelas NHT dengan tutor sebaya dengan persentase kelulusan yaitu 92,30% dan persentase indikator aktivitas belajar memiliki rata-rata lebih tinggi. Pada kelas NHT menunjukkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis persentase kelulusan 32% dan persentase indikator aktivitas belajar memiliki rata-rata lebih rendah. Berdarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan komunikasi matematis dan aktivitas siswa pada kelas pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT dengan tutor sebaya efektif meningkatkan persentase kelulusan dan aktivitas belajar lebih baik dari kelas kooperatif tipe NHT. Cooperative learning model NHT with peer tutors to improve mathematical communication and learning activities, an appropriate learning to improve KKM on the students. This study aimed to describe (1) the design development of cooperative learning model NHT through peer tutors to improve mathematical communication and learning activities of students, (2) the results of mathematical communication students in the development of cooperative learning model NHT through peer tutoring seen from KKM, (3) activity of students in cooperative learning NHT with peer tutors. The development of research in the Research and Development to follow the steps Borg and Gall refers to a procedure Sanjaya. The results showed mathematical communication NHT with peer tutor class passing rate is 92,30% and the percentage of indicator learning activities have an average of higher. The NHT class showed mathematical communication passing rate is 32% and the percentage of indicator learning activities have an average of lower. Based on these results it can be concluded that the mathematical communication and activities of students in the class NHT type cooperative learning with peer tutors effectively increase the percentage of graduation and learning activities better than class NHT type cooperative.
