Abstrak

Pabrik Manganese Dioxide berbahan baku Bijih Mangan dan Oksigen, direncanakan didirikan di Kupang, Nusa Tenggara Timur. Pendiriaan pabrik berasarkan atas pertimbangan akan ketersediaan bahan baku, sarana transportasi yang memadai, tenaga kerja yang mudah didapatkan dan kondisi lingkungan. Pabrik direncanakan memproduksi Manganese Dioxide sebanyak 50.000 ton/tahun, dengan waktu operasi 24 jam/hari, 333 hari/tahun. Bahan baku yang digunakan adalah Bijih Mangan sebanyak 26.042,6296 kg/jam dan Oksigen sebanyak 3.957,0117 kg/jam. Penyediaan kebutuhan utilitas pabrik terdiri dari unit pengadaan air, pengadaan listrik, udara instrument. Bentuk perusahaan adalah Perseroan Terbatas (PT) menggunakan struktur organisasi line dan staff dengan jumlah karyawan sebanyak 207 orang. Dari analisis ekonomi diperoleh: Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) = Rp 2.331.214.959.342 Working Capital Investment (WCI) = Rp 411.390.875.178 Total Capital Investment (TCI) = Rp 2.742.605.834.520 Break Even Point (BEP) = 45,45 % Pay Out Time before taxes (POT)b = 2,93 Tahun Pay Out Time after taxes (POT)a = 3,41 Tahun Return on Investment before taxes (ROI)b = 20,32 % Return on Investment after taxes (ROI)a = 16,26 % Discounted cash flow (DCF) = 21,90 % Mempertimbangkan paparan di atas, sudah selayaknya pendirian pabrik Manganese Dioxide ini dikaji lebih lanjut, karena merupakan pabrik yang menguntungkan dan mempunyai masa depan yang baik. abstract Manganese Dioxide plant with raw materials, Manganese Ore and Oxygen is planned to be built in Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara. Establishment of this plant is based on some consideration due to the raw material resourcess, the transportation, the labors availability and also the environmental condition. This plant is meant to produce 50,000 tons/year with 333 working days in a year. The raw materials used consist of 26.042,6296 kg/hour of Manganese Ore and 3.957,0117 kg/hour of Oxygen. The utility units consist of water supply system, power generation system and instrumentation & control system. The bussines entity form is Limited Liability Company (Ltd) using line and staff organizational structure with 207 labors. From the economic analysis, it is obtained that: Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) = Rp 2.331.214.959.342 Working Capital Investment (WCI) = Rp 411.390.875.178 Total Capital Investment (TCI) = Rp 2.742.605.834.520 Break Even Point (BEP) = 45,45 % Pay Out Time before taxes (POT)b = 2,93 Years Pay Out Time after taxes (POT)a = 3,41 Years Return on Investment before taxes (ROI)b = 20,32 % Return on Investment after taxes (ROI)a = 16,26 % Discounted cash flow (DCF) = 21,90 % Considering the summary above, it is proper to study the establishment of Manganese dioxide plant further, because the plant is profitable and has good prospects.
