Abstrak

Glyphosate merupakan bahan campuran pembuatan herbisida yang digunakan untuk membasmi gulma. Bahan baku yang digunakan adalah Neophosphonomethyl Iminodiacetic Acid (N-PMIDA) dan Hidrogen Peroksida (H2O2). Penyediaan kebutuhan utilitas pabrik terdiri dari unit penyediaan air, penyediaan heating oil, penyediaan udara instrument, penyediaan refrigerant, dan pengolahan limbah. Kapasitas produksi pabrik Glyphosate direncanakan 30.000 ton/tahun dengan 330 hari kerja dalam 1 tahun. Lokasi pabrik direncanakan didirikan di Gresik, Jawa Timur. Bentuk perusahaan adalah Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan struktur organisasi line dan staff dan jumlah karyawan sebanyak 179 orang. Dari analisis ekonomi diperoleh: Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) = Rp. 2.356.523.869.773 Working Capital Investment (WCI) = Rp. 441.848.225.582 Total Capital Investment (TCI) = Rp. 2.798.372.095.356 Break Even Point (BEP) = 42,94% Shut Down Point (SDP) = 28,66% Pay Out Time before taxes Pay Out Time after taxes Return on Investment before taxes (POT)b (POT)a (ROI)b = = = 2,95 tahun 2,51 tahun 23,85% Return on Investment after taxes (ROI)a = 19,08% Discounted cash flow (DCF) = 19,19% Berdasarkan beberapa paparan di atas, maka pendirian pabrik Glyphosate ini layak untuk dikaji lebih lanjut, karena merupakan pabrik yang menguntungkan dari sisi ekonomi dan mempunyai prospek yang relatif cukup baik. ABSTRACT Glyphosate is an admixture of herbicides that used to kill weeds. The raw material used are Neophosphonomethyl Iminodiacetic Acid (N-PMIDA) and Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2). Provision of utility plant needs a treatment system and water supply, heating oil system, supply air instrument system, supply refrigerant system, and waste treatment system. Capacity of the plant is planned to production Glyphosate is 30.000 tons/year with 330 working days in a year. The location of plant is planned in Gresik, East Java. The bussines entity form is Limited Liability Company (Ltd) using line and staff organizational structure with 179 labors. From the economic analysis is obtained : Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) = Rp. 2.356.523.869.773 Working Capital Investment (WCI) = Rp. 441.848.225.582 Total Capital Investment (TCI) = Rp. 2.798.372.095.356 Break Even Point (BEP) = 42,94% Shut Down Point (SDP) = 28,66% Pay Out Time before taxes Pay Out Time after taxes Return on Investment before taxes (POT)b (POT)a (ROI)b = = = 2,95 years 2,51 years 23,85% Return on Investment after taxes (ROI)a = 19,08% Discounted cash flow (DCF) = 19,19% By considering above the summary, it is proper establishment of Glyphosate plant for studied further, because the plant is profitable and has good prospects future.
