Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Kota Bandar Lampung dalam mewujudkan pemerintahan yang baik seharusnya menerapkan prinsip-prinsip good governance. Konsep good governance ini muncul karena adanya ketidakpuasan pada kinerja pemerintahan yang selama ini dipercaya sebagai penyelengggara urusan publik. Penerapan prinsip good governance ini dilakukan karena selama ini kinerja pemerintahan yang dilakukan masih kurang efektif terutama dalam bidang kesejahteraan sosial. Salah satu masalah yang ada adalah kurang efektifnya Pemerintah Kota Bandar Lampung dalam upaya pemberdayaan/pembinaan anak jalanan Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan Prinsip Good Governance Pada Dinas Sosial Kota Bandar Lampung Dalam Upaya Pemberdayaan Anak Jalanan dan untuk mengetahui bentuk-bentuk upaya pemberdayaan anak jalanan yang dilakukan Dinas Sosial Kota Bandar Lampung. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa prinsip Partisipasi pihak yang terkait dalam pembinaan anak jalanan sudah sesuai dengan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya. Pada prinsip Transparansi Kegiatan pembinaan anak jalanan sudah memenuhi syarat transparansi berupa keterbukaan informasi tentang pencegahan dan pembinaan anak jalanan serta penyampaian informasi tentang Undang – Undang Perlindungan dan Eksploitas Anak melalui pembuatan banner dan baliho. Prinsip Responsif merupakan Kegiatan pencegahan dan pembinaan anak jalanan sudah mendapat respon dari pihak terkait seperti Dinas Sosial, Rumah Singgah, Sat Pol PP, anak Jalanan itu sendiri dan insan Pers dalam hal penyampaian informasi ke publik sedangkan pada prinsip efektivitas dan efesiensi Pelaksanaan kegiatan pencegahan dan pembinaan anak jalanan kurang optimal hal ini terkendala dengan adanya hambatan – hambatan berupa anak jalanan yang berada di rumah singgah belum sepenuhnya meninggalkan pekerjaan lamanya. Tapi kendala ini menjadi tantangan ke depan Dinas Sosial dan stake holder lainnya dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan anak jalanan. ABSTRACT Bandar Lampung in ensuring good governance should apply the principles of good governance. The concept of good governance emerged due to dissatisfaction with the government's performance as previously believed penyelengggara public affairs. Application of the principle of good governance is done because during the performance of the government who do are less effective, especially in the field of social welfare. One problem of Bandar Lampung that to empowering street children The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the Principles of Good Governance In Dinas Sosaial Kota Bandar Lampung to empowering Street Children and to find other forms of empowerment of street children who do Dinas Sosial Kota Bandar Lampung. The results showed that the principle of participation of stakeholders in the development of street children is in accordance with the duties and responsibilities. On the principle of transparency coaching activities of street children already eligible transparency in the form of disclosure of information about prevention and the development of street children as well as the delivery of information about the Act - the Child Protection Act and exploitation through the creation of banners and billboards. Principle Responsive an activity of prevention and formation of street children had received a response from relevant parties such as Dinas Social, Sat Pol PP, children Street itself and human Releases in dissemination of information to the public, while the principle of effectiveness and efficiency in implementation of prevention activities and coaching street children less than optimal it is constrained by the existence of barriers - barriers in the form of street children in shelter homes has not completely left the old job. But this obstacle challenge for the future of Social Service and other stakeholders in solving the problems of street children.
