Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran hasil Program Pengembangan Kota Hijau (P2KH) di Kota Bandar Lampung serta untuk mengetahui upaya yang dilakukan oleh Bappeda untuk meningkatkan Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) di Kota Bandar Lampung. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana hasil Program Pengembangan Kota Hijau (P2KH) di Kota Bandar Lampung? dan apakah upaya yang dilakukan oleh Bappeda untuk meningkatkan Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) di Kota Bandar Lampung? Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan tipe deskriptif kualitatif. Fokus penelitian dalam penelitian ini meliputi evaluasi program pengembangan kota hiju (P2KH) dikota Bandar Lampung terkait dari segi evaluasi kebijakan. Lokasi penelitian ini bertempat di Bappeda Kota Bandar Lampung, Distako Kota Bandar Lampung, BPPLH Kota Bandar Lampung dan Disbertam Kota Bnadar Lampung. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini meliputi sumber dari informan dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan terdiri dari tiga komponen berupa reduksi data (data reduction), penyajian data (data display), dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari pembahasan didapatkan berdasarkan fakta yang ada, pada indikator mengenai ketepatan, dapat dilihat bahwa masyarakat telah menikmati manfaat Program P2KH walaupun masih banyak Program P2KH yang belum terealisasi. Upaya-upaya yang dilaksanakan oleh Bappeda dalam pelaksanaan Program P2KH adalah melaksanakan agenda rapat koordinasi bulanan dan pelaporan ke Pemerintah Pusat di tiap tahunnya. Salah satu upaya pemerintah untuk meningkatkan RTH di Kota Bandar Lampung adalah membuat vertical garden. Adapun hal-hal yang dapat dijadikan masukan dan bahan pertimbangan dalam pelaksanaan Program P2KH yaitu mengoptimalkan sosialisasi pentingnya RTH dan Pelaksanaan Program P2KH kepada masyarakat Kota Bandar Lampung. dan Pemberian arahan oleh Kementerian PU dalam memperjelas tugas masing-masing SKPD dam membahas kegiatan-kegiatan pengembangan yang sesuai dengan instansi masing-masing. Kata kunci : evaluasi, pelaksanaan, program pengembangan kota hijau (P2KH) EVALUATION OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE GREEN CITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (P2KH) IN THE CITY OF BANDAR LAMPUNG This research aims to know the description of the results of the Green City Development Program (P2KH) in Bandar Lampung and to know the efforts taken by the Agency to improve open space Green (RTH) in the City of Bandar Lampung. The problem in this research is how the results of the Green City Development Program (P2KH) in the City of Bandar Lampung? And whether the efforts taken by the Agency to improve open space Green (RTH) in the City of Bandar Lampung? This research with qualitative descriptive types. The focus of the research in this research includes the evaluation of the program the development of the city of hiju (P2KH) town Bandar Lampung related in terms of the evaluation policy. The location of this research located at Bappeda City of Bandar Lampung, Distako City of Bandar Lampung, BPPLH City of Bandar Lampung and Disbertam City Bnadar Lampung. The type of data that is used in this research is the primary data and secondary data. The source of the data in this research covers the source of informers and documentation. Data analysis techniques used consists of three components in the form of a reduction in data reduction), presentation of data (display data), and the withdrawal of the conclusion. The result of the discussion of the obtained berdasarkan the fact that there are, on the indicator on the accuracy, it can be seen that the community has been enjoying the benefits of the Program P2KH although still many Programs P2KH that have not yet been realized. The efforts carried out by the Agency in the implementation of the Program P2KH is implementing monthly coordination meeting agenda and reporting to the Central Government in each year. One of the efforts of the government to improve the RTH in the City of Bandar Lampung is making vertical garden. Now the things that can be used as input and consideration in the implementation of the Program P2KH namely optimize the socialization of the importance of RTH and the implementation of the Program P2KH to society the City of Bandar Lampung. And the giving of the direction by the Ministry of PU in clarify duties each SKPD dam discusses the development activities in accordance with their respective institutions.
