Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Gaya kepemimpinan Presiden Joko Widodo yang suka keluar masuk kampung dan mendatangi rakyat atau biasa disebut dengan blusukan mendapat persepsi yang berbeda di kalangan masyarakat, ada yang mendukung gaya kepemimpinan tersebut namun tidak sedikit yang skeptis dan menganggap presiden Joko Widodo hanya melakukan pencitraan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat persepsi masyarakat mengenai gaya kepemimpinan Presiden Joko Widodo. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, karena penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan atau mendeskripsikan serta mengukur secara terperinci mengenai persepsi masyarakat mengenai gaya kepemimpinan Presiden Joko Widodo. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari 97 responden ada 66 responden (68%) yang memiliki persepsi positif terhadap gaya kepemimpinan Presiden Joko Widodo, 15 responden (15,5%) mempunyai persepsi netral dan 16 responden (16,5%) yang memiliki persepsi negatif terhadap gaya kepemimpinan Presiden Joko Widodo. Hal ini berarti bahwa sebagian besar masyarakat setuju dengan gaya kepemimpinan Presiden Joko Widodo. Kata kunci : persepsi, blusukan PUBLIC PERCEPTION ABOUT THE LEADERSHIP STYLE OF PRESIDENT JOKO WIDODO (Studied at Kampung Baru District, Bandar Lampung) Leadership style of President Joko Widodo that comes into the village and meet the people, as known as blusukan got a different perception among the people, some people support the leadership style but not a few were skeptical and assume the president Joko Widodo only do the imaging. The purpose of this study is to determine people's perceptions of leadership style of President Joko Widodo. This study uses descriptive methode with quantitative approach, because this research aims to depict or describe in and measure detail the public perception regarding the leadership style of President Joko Widodo. The results of this study of 97 respondents there are 66 respondents (68%) have positive perception of the leadership style of President Joko Widodo, 15 respondents (15.5%) have neutral perception and 16 respondents (16.5%) have negative perception of the leadership style of President Joko Widodo. This indicates that most people agree with the leadership style of President Joko Widodo. Keywords : perception, blusukan
