Abstrak

ABSTRAK didirikan di Muntok, Kabupaten Bangka Barat, Bangka Belitung. Pabrik ini berdiri dengan mempertimbangkan ketersediaan bahan baku, sarana transportasi yang memadai, tenaga kerja yang mudah didapatkan dan kondisi lingkungan. Pabrik direncanakan memproduksi Titanium Tetraklorida sebanyak 50.000 ton/tahun, dengan waktu operasi 24 jam/hari, 330 hari/tahun. Bahan baku yang digunakan adalah ilmenite sebanyak 9.282,4651 kg/jam, gas klor sebanyak 8.428,3246 dan coke sebanyak 714,6139 kg/jam. Penyediaan kebutuhan utilitas pabrik Titanium Tetraklorida berupa pengadaan air, steam, listrik, udara instrumen, dan kebutuhan bahan bakar. Bentuk perusahaan adalah Perseroan Terbatas (PT) menggunakan struktur organisasi line dan staff dengan jumlah karyawan sebanyak 104 orang. Dari analisis ekonomi diperoleh: Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) = Rp 768.886.998.064 Working Capital Investment (WCI) = Rp 135.685.940.835 Total Capital Investment (TCI) = Rp 904.572.938.898 Break Even Point (BEP) = 48,5549 % Shut Down Point (SDP) = 29,0952 % Pay Out Time before taxes Pay Out Time after taxes Return on Investment before taxes (POT)b (POT)a (ROI)b = = = 2,0004 tahun 2,6504 tahun 29,4009 % Return on Investment after taxes (ROI)a = 23,5279 % Interest Rate of Return (IRR) = 30,9964 % Mempertimbangkan paparan di atas, sudah selayaknya pendirian pabrik Titanium Tetraklorida ini dikaji lebih lanjut, karena merupakan pabrik yang menguntungkan dan mempunyai masa depan yang baik. ABSTRACT Titanium Tetrachloride plant with raw materials ilmenite, chlorine and coke will be build in Muntok, West Bangka, Bangka Belitung. Establishment of this plant in Muntok due to raw material resources, transportation, labors and also environmental condition. This plant will produce 50.000 tons/year, with time of operation 24 hours/day, and 330 days on a year. The raw material which use are ilmenite 9.282,4651 kg/hour, chlorine 8.428,3246 kg/hour and coke 714,6139 kg/hour. This plant has utility units which the function are for water supply, steam, power generation, air supply, and fuel supply. The bussines entity of this plant is limited liability company (PT) and using line and staff structure with 104 labors. From financial annalyze: Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) = Rp 768.886.998.064 Working Capital Investment (WCI) = Rp 135.685.940.835 Total Capital Investment (TCI) = Rp 904.572.938.898 Break Even Point (BEP) = 48,5549 % Shut Down Point (SDP) = 29,0952 % Pay Out Time before taxes Pay Out Time after taxes Return on Investment before taxes (POT)b (POT)a (ROI)b = = = 2,0004 tahun 2,6504 tahun 29,4009 % Return on Investment after taxes (ROI)a = 23,5279 % Interest Rate of Return (IRR) = 30,9964 % Consider the summary above, it is proper establishment of Titanium Tetrachloride plant is studied further, because the plant is profitable and has good prospects.
