Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara daya ledak otot tungkai dan kekuatan otot perut terhadap kecepatan tendangan sabit pesilat UKM Tapak Suci Universitas Lampung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Survey, dan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah pesilat UKM Tapak Suci Universitas Lampung tahun 2016 sebanyak 17 pesilat. Teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian data diperoleh koefisien korelasi (x1y) sebesar 0,801 > rtabel 0,482, yang berarti ada hubungan yang signifikan antara daya ledak otot tungkai dengan kecepatan tendangan sabit. Korelasi (x2y) sebesar 0,689 > rtabel 0,482, yang berarti ada hubungan antara kekuatan otot perut dengan kecepatan tendangan sabit. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan antara daya ledak otot tungkai dan kekuatan otot perut terhadap kecepatan tendangan sabit. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan perhitungan r hitung = 0,844 lebih besar dibandingkan dengan nilai r tabel dengan N 17 pada taraf signifikasi 5%= 0,482 menunjukkan angka yang signifikan, semakin baik daya ledak otot tungkai dan kekuatan otot perut maka semakin baik pula kecepatan tendangan sabit. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan antara daya ledak otot tungkai dan kekuatan otot perut terhadap kecepatan tendangan sabit pada pesilat UKM Tapak Suci Universitas Lampung tahun 2016. The method used in this research is survey method, and the sample in this study is a pesilat UKM Tapak Suci Lampung University in 2016 as many as 17 pesilat. Data were analyzed using product moment correlation. The results of the research data is the correlation coefficient (x1y) of 0.801> 0.482 rtabel, which means there is a significant relationship between leg muscle explosive power with speed crescent kick. Correlation (x2y) of 0.689 > 0.482 rtabel, which means that there is a relationship between abdominal muscle strength with the speed of a crescent kick. The results of data analysis showed that there is a relationship between the explosive power leg muscle and abdominal muscle strength to speed crescent kick. This is evidenced by the calculation count r = 0.844 greater than the value of r table with N 17 at the 5% significance level = 0.482 showed a significant figure, the better the explosive power leg muscle and abdominal muscle strength the better the speed of the crescent kick. Based on the results of this study concluded that there is a relationship between the explosive power leg muscle and abdominal muscle strength against the speed of tendangan sabit a pesilat UKM Tapak Suci Lampung University in 2016.
