Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Masalah penelitian ini adalah masih rendahnya kemampuan membaca siswa di kelas 1 SD Negeri 1 Rajabasa Raya. Penelitianinibertujuanuntuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media kartu huruf terhadap kemampuan membaca siswa kelas 1.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode (quasi experiment).Desain penelitian non equivalent control group design. Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu kelas 1B dan 1A dengan jumlah 70 siswa. Teknik Pengambilan sampel pada penelitianinimenggunakanteknikCluster Random Sampling. Teknik Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu observasi dan tes performance.Teknik Analisis data menggunakan uji t.Hasil analisis data diperoleh bahwa rata-rata hasil belajar siswa kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dari nilai rata-rata kelas kontrol. Hasil analisis thitunglebih besar dari ttabel. Sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berbunyi terdapat perbedaan pada penggunaan media kartu huruf terhadap kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa kelas 1 SD Negeri 1 Rajabasa Raya Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017. Kata Kunci: kartu huruf, media, membaca. ABSTRACT The research problem is the low reading skills of students in class 1 SD stage 1 Rajabasa Raya. This study aims to determine the effect of the letter to the media card reading ability of students to class 1. The method used in this research is method (quasi experiment). The study design non equivalent control group design. The sample in this research is class 1B and 1A with the number of students to 70 students. Sampling techniques in this study using cluster random sampling technique. Technical Data collection for this study is the observation and performance tests. Technical Analysis of the data using the t test. Results showed that the average students' experimental class that is higher than the average value of the control group. The analysis of tcountthat is higher than ttable. Thus H0 is rejected and Ha accepted which says there are differences in the use of the letters to the media card reading ability of students starting class 1 SD stage 1 Rajabasa Raya, Bandar Lampung Year Of Education 2016/2017.
