Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
ABSTRAK Telah dilakukan penelitian penentuan senyawa polisiklik aromatik hidrokarbon (PAH) di perairan kawasan Industri Teluk Lampung menggunakan metode Solid Phase Microextraction (SPME). PAH merupakan senyawa toksik dan karsinogenik yang telah teridentifikasi di kawasan Industri Teluk Lampung. Konsentrasi PAH ditentukan menggunakan Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS). Metode validasi yang dilakukan yaitu linieritas serta limit deteksi dan limit kuantitasi. Hasil analisis menunjukan beberapa senyawa PAH yang terdeteksi diantaranya fluorena, fenantrena, antrasena, fluoranthena, dan pyrena. Konsentrasi total PAH di lokasi perairan Industri Teluk Lampung ini berada pada rentang 400,961 μg/L – 876,545 μg/L dengan nilai rata-rata 552,087 μg/L. Berdasarkan metode diagnosa rasio sumber senyawa PAH berasal dari pembakaran minyak, pembakaran bahan organik dan limbah minyak. Kata Kunci : polisiklik aromatik hidrokarbon (PAH), kawasan Industri Teluk Lampung, Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrophotometer, Solid Phase Micro Extraction. ABSTRACT The study of the determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAH) compounds in the waters of Lampung Bay Industrial Estate has been performed by using Solid Phase Microextraction method (SPME) method. PAH is a toxic and carcinogenic compound that has been identified in Lampung Bay Industrial area. The concentration of PAH was determined using Gas Chromatography- Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) by Validation methods is using in this research is linearity and limit of detection and limit of quantitation. The results showed some detected PAH compounds such as fluorena, phenanthrene, anthracene, fluoranthene, and pyrena. The total concentration of PAH in the waters of Lampung Bay Industry is in the range 400,961 μg/L-876,545 μg/L with an average value of 552,087 μg/L. Based on the diagnostic method, the source ratio of PAH compounds comes from oil burning, organic matter burning and oil waste.
