Abstrak

ABSTRAK Penelitian dan pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk LKPD berbasis metode guide reading, dan mendeskripsikan keefektivan LKPD berbasis metode guide reading. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan yang merujuk pada teori Borg and Gall. Populasi penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas III SD di Gugus Buana Sakti Kecamatan Batanghari sebanyak 97 orang. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 61 orang yang diperoleh dengan teknik purposive sampling. Alat/teknik pengumpul data menggunakan lembar penilaian LKPD oleh ahli materi, ahli media dan lembar tes keterampilan pemahaman membaca, serta soal tes. Teknik analisis data untuk uji efektivitas dengan n-gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan LKPD berbasis metode guide reading efektif digunakan, peserta didik memiliki keterampilan pemahaman membaca sehingga hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik dapat meningkat. Kata Kunci : Guide Reading, Hasil Belajar, LKPD ABSTRACT This research and development aims to produce LKPD product based on guide reading method, and describe the effectiveness of LKPD based on guide reading method. This type of research is research and development that refers to Borg and Gall's theory. The population of this research is students of class III SD in Gugus Buana Sakti Sub Batanghari as many as 97 people. Sample of 61 people obtained by purposive sampling technique. The data collection tool / technique uses an LKPD assessment sheet by a material expert, a media expert and a reading comprehension reading comprehension test, and a test for an effectiveness test with n-gain. The result of the research shows that LKPD based on effective guide reading method is used, students have reading comprehension skills so that cognitive learning achievement of learners can increase.
