Abstrak

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan: 1) kondisi dan potensi sekolah terhadap produk yang akan dikembangkan, 2) menghasilkan modul kompetensi pedagogik guru anak tunagrahita, 3) menjelaskan tanggapan pakar terhadap modul kompetensipedagogik guru pedamping anak tunagrahita penelitian yang digunakanadalahpenelitiandanpengembangan. Penelitianinidilakukan di SLB PKK Provinsi Lampung, SLB Dharma Bakti Dharma Perrtiwidan SLBIT BaitulJannah Bandar Lampung.Pengumpulan data dilakukandenganobservasi, wawancaratidakterstruktur, danangket. Data dianalisissecaradeskriptif. Kesimpulandaripenelitianiniadalah: 1) kondisidanpotensiawalsangatmemungkinkandanmendukunguntukdilakukanpengembangan modul kompetensipedagogik guru pendamping non plbanaktunagrahita, 2) proses pengembanganmodul guru dilakukantahappengembanganyaitu: studipendahuluan (kodisidanpotensisertapengumpulan data), desainproduk, validasiprodukolehpakar, danprodukakhir, 3) hasilvalidasipakarmedia diperolehskor45 (Baik), hasilvalidasipakardesaindiperolehskor 65 (sangatBaik), hasilvalidasipakarmateridiperolehskor56 (Baik). Kata kunci: guru non PLB, kompetensipedagogik, guru pedampingAnakTunagrahita ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to describe: 1) condition and potency of school to product to be developed, 2) produce pedagogic competence module of teacher of child mental retardation, 3) explain expert response to pedagogic pedagogic module teacher child retardation research used is research and development. This research was conducted at SLB PKK Lampung Province, SLB Dharma Bakti Dharma Perrtiwi and SLBIT Baitul Jannah Bandar Lampung. Data collection was done by observation, unstructured interview, and questionnaire. Data were analyzed descriptively. The conclusions of this research are: 1) condition and initial potential is very possible and support to be done for development of pedagogic competence module of teacher of non plb teacher of mental retardation, 2) teacher module development process done development stage that is: preliminary study (potency and potency and data collection) , Product design, product validation by expert, and final product, 3) media expert validation result obtained score 45 (Good), result of validation of design expert obtained score 65 (very good), material material validation result obtained 56 (Good) score.
