Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat penerapan sistem ekonomi state capitalism dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi China dari tahun 2009 hingga tahun 2015. Alasan dipilihnya penelitian ini adalah karena China yang saat ini telah menjadi salah satu kekuatan ekonomi baru di dunia dengan waktu yang dapat dikatakan cukup singkat, menjadikan China saat ini sangat menarik untuk diteliti, salah satunya adalah sistem ekonomi yang dijalankannya. Pada skripsi ini, teori capitalism, konsep state capitalism, konsep state capitalism vertical structure, serta konsep pertumbuhan ekonomi digunakan sebagai instrumen yang membantu dalam penelitian ini. Penulisan skripsi menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik studi literatur dokumen dan rekaman arsip. Teknik analisa yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis data kualitatif. Penulis akan menganalisis dan menjelaskan permasalahan berdasarkan data yang diperoleh lalu mengaitkannya dengan teori dan konsep yang digunakan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pada periode tahun 2009 hingga tahun 2015 sistem ekonomi yang dijalankan China mengarah pada sistem ekonomi state capitalism. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui bukti yang ditemukan, yang pertama adalah negara telah bertransformasi menjadi aktor yang berperan aktf dalam perekonomian di China, kedua yaitu negara masih menjadi aktor dominan di berbagai sektor ekonomi China, ketiga yaitu negara melanggar nilai – nilai sistem pasar demi menjaga kepentingan domestik. Kata Kunci: State capitalism, sistem ekonomi, China THE APPLICATION OF CHINA’S STATE CAPITALISM IN ITS ECONOMIC GROWTH IN THE PERIOD 2009 - 2015 The purpose of this research is to look at the economic system state capitalism in China's economic growth from 2009 to 2015. The reason for this research is that China has become one of the new economic power in the world with time that can be said is quite short, China is currently very interesting to study, one of which is the economic system it runs. In this thesis, the theory of capitalism, the concept of state capitalism, the concept of state capitalism vertical structure, and the concept of economic growth is used as an instrument that helps in this study. This thesis using descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection techniques used in this study using the study of literature documents and archival records. Analysis technique used in this research is qualitative data analysis technique. The author will analyze and explain the problems based on the data obtained and then relate them to the theories and concepts used. The results of this study indicate in the period 2009 to 2015 China's economic system leads to the economic system state capitalism. This is expains by the evidence found, the first is that the state has transformed into actors who play a role in the economy in China, the second is that the state is still the dominant actor in various sectors of the Chinese economy, the third is that the state violates the values of the market system in order to maintain the domestic interest .
