ABSTRACT This study aims to develop an inquiry-based worksheet product on thematic learning effectiv in term of cognitive aspect. Type of research is a development research (R & D) which refers to Borg and Gall. The population of this research is the fourth grade students of SD N in Labuhan Ratu Sub-district as many as 110 students and the sample used is 49 students with purposive sampling sampling technique. Instruments used are tests and non-tests to measure student learning outcomes in terms of cognitive aspects. Data analysis technique using N Gain. The results of research and discussion show that worksheet based Inkuiri developed valid and effective improve student achievement on thematic learning so feasible in use. Keywords: worksheet, inquiry, study result. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan produk LKPD berbasis inkuiri pada pembelajaran tematik yang efektif ditinjau dari aspek kognitif. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (R&D) yang merujuk pada teori Borg & Gall. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 110 siswa kelas IV SD N di Kecamatan Labuhan Ratu dan sampel 49 siswa yang diperoleh dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes untuk mengukur hasil belajar siswa ditinjau dari aspek kognitif. Teknik analisis data dilakuan melalui kuantitatif dan kualitatif, untuk uji efektivitas menggunakan N-gain. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan menunjukan bahwa LKPD berbasis inkuiri yang dikembangkan valid dan efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar pada pembelajaran tematik sehingga layak digunakan. Kata kunci : LKPD, inkuiri, hasil belajar siswa.
