ABSTRACT Website is an important part in e-commerce activities so that now many emerging web site development services or web development both individuals and companies. The problems in this thesis are: How is the model of juridical characteristic of cooperation contract of website creation between CV. Gink Technology and the client. What is the legal relationship in the cooperation contract between CV. Gink Technology and the client. How is the dispute settlement agreed by the parties in the cooperation contract agreement between CV. Gink Technology and the client. This study uses a juridical normative and juridical empirical approach. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from interview and secondary data sourced from literature study. The results showed that the model of juridical characteristic of cooperation contract of website creation between CV. Gink Technology and the client is an unnamed contract, in the contract there are characteristics of the agreement arising under the agreement of the parties to bind for the common purpose which is the agreement of the interaction of the parties. Legal relationship in the cooperation contract between CV. Gink Technology and the client, the legal relationship arising out of a contract which gives birth to the rights and obligations of the parties in the contract up to the expiry of the contract by referring to the internal provisions of the CV. Gink Technology No. 023 / KKW-001 / GINKTECH / X / 2016 as well as the provisions of Article 1338 paragraph (1) of the Civil Code as well as the provisions in Article 18 of Act Number 19 of 2016 regarding Information and Electronic Transactions. Settlement of disputes agreed by the parties in the cooperation contract agreement between CV. Gink Technology and the client agree to settle the matter by deliberation and kinship and if the settlement by consensus and kinship does not reach agreement, the Parties agree to settle the law by applying the Consumer Dispute Settlement. The suggestion in this research is that in the formation of cooperation contract of website creation, the parties must pay attention to matters regulated in the legislation, so that the cooperation contracts are made have the force of law and have the function as it should. ABSTRAK Website merupakan bagian penting dalam aktivitas e-commerce sehingga saat ini banyak bermunculan jasa pembuatan website atau web development baik perorangan maupun perusahaan. Permasalahan dalam tesis ini adalah:. Apakah hubungan hukum dalam kontrak kerjasama antara CV. Gink Technology dan pihak klien. Bagaimanakah model karakteristik yuridis kontrak kerjasama pembuatan website antara CV. Gink Technology dan pihak klien Bagaimanakah penyelesaian sengketa yang disepakati para pihak dalam perjanjian kontrak kerjasama antara CV. Gink Technology dan pihak klien. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan secara yuridis normatif dan yuridis empiris. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dan data sekunder bersumber dari studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa. Hubungan hukum dalam kontrak kerjasama antara CV. Gink Technology dan pihak klien yakni hubungan hukum yang lahir dari suatu kontrak yang melahirkan adanya hak dan kewajiban para pihak dalam kontrak sampai dengan berakhirnya kontrak dengan berpedoman pada ketentuan internal CV. Gink Technology Nomor 023/KKW-001/GINKTECH/X/2016 dan juga ketentuan Pasal 1338 ayat (1) KUH Perdata serta Ketentuan dalam Pasal 18 Undang-Undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2016 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik. Model karakteristik yuridis kontrak kerjasama pembuatan website antara CV. Gink Technology dan pihak klien yakni merupakan kontrak tidak bernama, dalam kontrak terdapat karakteristik perjanjian yang timbul berdasarkan kesepakatan para pihak untuk mengikatkan untuk tujuan bersama yang merupakan kesepakatan dari interaksi para pihak Penyelesaian sengketa yang disepakati para pihak dalam perjanjian kontrak kerjasama antara CV. Gink Technology dan pihak klien yakni sepakat untuk menyelesaikannya secara musyawarah dan kekeluargaan dan apabila penyelesaian secara musyawarah dan kekeluargaan tidak mencapai kesepakatan maka Para Pihak sepakat untuk menyelesaikannya secara hukum yang berlaku melalui Penyelesaian Sengketa Konsumen. Saran dalam penelitian ini adalah hendaknya dalam pembentukan kontrak kerjasama pembuatan website para pihak harus memperhatikan hal-hal yang diatur dalam perundang-undangan, agar kontrak kerjasama yang dibuat mempunyai kekuatan hukum dan memiliki fungsi sebagaimana mestinya.
