Abstrak

ABSTRACT The research has been done “Study of Chlorophyll Profusion on BOD Values, P-PO4, and N-NH3 in Bay Waters of Lampung”. The result showed that value of chlorophyll – a is about 0.5 – 4.16 mg/m3. The measurement value of chlorophyll content in Bay Water of Lampung has been affected of BOD, P-PO4, and N-NH3. The value of chlorophyll in Bay Waters of Lampung is still below the standard quality threshold. While some point Bay Waters of Lampung Bay has passed the standart quality threshold. Based on the decision of Minister State Enviropment No. 51 on 2004 is about the standart quality in the sea. Some point in Bay Waters of Lampung which has categorized as polluted has been in the resident and industrial area. Well, in the area of tourism is still categorized well. The method was validated by parameter include : linearity, detection limit, precision, and accuracy. Keywords : Bay Waters of Lampung, chlorophyll, chlorophyll – a, spectrophotometry UV VIS, ABSTRAK Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang studi kelimpahan klorofil terhadap nilai BOD, P-PO4 dan N-NH3 pada perairan Teluk Lampung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai klorofil - a berkisar antara 0.5 – 4.5 mg/m3. Hasil pengukuran nilai kkandungan klorofil pada perairan Teluk Lampung dipengaruhi oleh BOD, P-PO4 dan N-NH3. Nilai klorofil pada perairan Teluk Lampung masih di bawah ambang batas baku mutu. Sedangkan beberapa titik perairan Teluk Lampung melewati ambang batas baku mutu. Berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Negara Lingkungan Hidup No. 51 Tahun 2004 tentang baku mutu air laut. Beberapa titik perairan Teluk Lampung yang dikategorikan tercemar berada pada wilayah penduduk dan kawasan industri. Sedangkan pada kawasan pariwisata masih dikategorikan baik. Validasi metode ditentukan dengan menggunakan parameter : linieritas, limit deteksi, presisi dan akurasi. Kata Kunci : klorofil, klorofil – a, spektrofotometer UV VIS, Teluk Lampung
