Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to analyze the distribution of People's Business Credit (KUR) and its effect on the improvement of micro business performance in Jatimulyo Urban Village. Data using questionnaire. Based on the results of the research, the overall implementation of the community business credit program from Bank BRI Unit Jatimulyo has been running effectively, and showed People's Business Credit (KUR) is very significant and positive towards the performance of Micro Small Enterprises (MSE) in Jatimulyo Urban Village. Can be seen from five aspects such as aspects of accuracy of program targets, timeliness aspects, accuracy aspects of credit amount, credit load accuracy aspects and aspects of procedural accuracy. Keywords: Effectiveness, People's Business Credit (KUR), Micro and Small Business. ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis efektivitas penyaluran Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) dan pengaruhnya terhadap peningkatan kinerja usaha mikro kecil di Kelurahan Jatimulyo. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, secara keseluruhan pelaksanaan program kredit usaha rakyat dari Bank BRI Unit Jatimulyo telah berjalan secara efektif, dan menunjukan Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Kinerja Usaha Mikro Kecil (UMK) di Kelurahan Jatimulyo. Dapat dilihat dari lima aspek seperti aspek ketepatan sasaran program, aspek ketepatan waktu, aspek ketepatan jumlah kredit,aspek ketepatan beban kredit dan aspek ketepatan prosedur. Kata Kunci: Efektivitas, Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR), Usaha Mikro dan Kecil.
