Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Pemilihan umum legislatif tahun 2014 telah berlangsung dengan peserta baru partai NasDem (Nasional Demokrat). Sebagai partai baru pada pemilu legislatif di Kabupaten Lampung Tengah yang ada 0di Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Hal ini lah yang mendasari bahwa penelitian perlu dilakukan mengingat partai NasDem adalah partai yang bermula dari sebuah organisasi lalu menjadi sebuah partai politik. Tipe penelitian yang diambil adalah kualitatif dengan jenis pendekatan deskriptif. Jenis survei ini digunakan untuk menggambarkan (mendeskripsikan) populasi yang sedang diteliti. Fokus riset ini adalah pada faktor penghambat dan pendekatan–pendekatan yang dilakukan sebagai partai baru kepada masyarakat dan terdiri dari satu variabel. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode wawancara observasi dan dokumentasi.Adapun subjek penelitian adalah Dewan Pimpinan Daerah Partai NasDem Kabupaten Lampung Tengah dalam hal ini Anggota Dewan Pimpinan Daerah Partai NasDem Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor kekuatan partai NasDem Lampung Tengah yaitu pada media massa. Faktor ancaman Partai NasDem kurangnya pengetahuan para kadernya dalam ideologi partai NasDem. Faktor Peluangnya strategi kampanye melalui media massa lokal. Faktor kelemahan partai NasDem masih menggunakan pola – pola lama dalam perekrutan caleg untuk Kabupaten. pola rekruitmen dalam partai NasDem berpedoman pada program O250 sehingga pola rekruitmen yang dijalankan tidak semata – mata pada pola perekrutan yang mengharuskan seorang kader memiliki pengalaman dalam menjalankan organisasi ataupun ikut berpartisipasi dalam organisasi. Fungsi rekruitmen ini memiliki peranan penting dalam menjaga kelangsungan sistem politik tanpa elit yang mampu melaksanakan peranannya, kelangsungan hidup sistem politik akan terancam. Kata kunci : strategi partai politik, NasDem. The legislative election year 2014 has been taking place with the new attendee NasDem party (Democratic National). As a new party on the legislative election in Central Lampung regency does not get a seat in the 9 electoral area in Central Lampung Regency. This is the underlying research that need to be done in considering NasDem party is the party that from an organization and become a political party. The type of research that is taken with the type of qualitative descriptive approach. This survey type used to describe (describing) population that is being examined. The focus of this research is on the resistance factors and approach -approach which is done as the Parthians to the community and new consists of one variables. The interview is a way to collect data or information with direct way have a face to face with information in order to get complete data and depth. The observation is observing the activities done in the process of research in identifying the environment directly without mediator something objects to see with near the activities conducted by the object. While the documentation is an instrument of the collection of data that is often used in various methods of data collection. Now the subject of the research is that the Council of the Regional Leaders of the Party NasDem Lampung Tengah Regency in this Regional Board Member of the Party NasDem Lampung Tengah Regency. The results of the study showed that the strategies of campaign conducted has not been able to give a positive impression to the community. The party NasDem want to display the positive image in the community. The impression of concern, sincerity, openness and friendliness that want to built through activities. The image and credibility of a political party is determined by the creation of the visual impression that communicated with the intensity of appearance in the media, figure politicians, experience a politician and history in community organizations and what is more important is that the influence of community support to political parties that determine the pattern of recruitment in NasDem party modeled on the program O250 so that recruitment patterns that run not merely - eye on the recruitment pattern that requires a cadres have experience in running the organization or participated in the organization. This recruitment function has an important role in maintaining the continuity of the political system without the elite who are able to carry out his role, the survival of the political system will be threatened
