Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana keberadaan BUMDes di era otonomi desa. BUMDes Mandiri Bersatu Pekon Gisting Bawah Kecamatan Gisting Kabupaten Tanggamus, menjadi salah satu contoh BUMDes yang cukup berkembang di era otonomi desa saat ini. Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada tata kelola BUMDes, yaitu langkah pelembagaan BUMDes, merencanakan bisnis BUMDes, sumber daya manusia pada BUMDes, struktur organisasi BUMDes dan kegiatan usaha BUMDes. Metode pada penelitian ini yaitu tipe deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Selanjutnya, teknik keabsahan data pada penelitian ini adalah triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa tata kelola pada BUMDes Mandiri Bersatu pada era otonomi desa saat ini telah berjalan cukup baik. BUMDes Mandiri Bersatu telah menunjukkan keberadaannya dan memberikan manfaat kepada masyarakat Pekon Gisting Bawah. Namun, masih ditemukan beberapa kekurangan di lapangan terkait tata kelola BUMDes. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan saran untuk tata kelola BUMDes Mandiri Bersatu, yaitu: meningkatkan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat, menambah mitra guna melengkapi unit usaha dan memperbesar peluang keberhasilan BUMDes, mencari sumber modal lainnya dan membuat sebuah website tersendiri untuk memudahkan proses promosi serta berbagi informasi mengenai BUMDes. Kata kunci: BUMDes, otonomi desa, tata kelola. BUSINESS ENTITY BELONGING To The Village (BUMDes) In The VILLAGE AUTONOMY A Study of Business Entity Belonging to the Village (BUMDes) Mandiri Bersatu Village Gisting Bawah Sub-district Gisting District Tanggamus This research aims to describe how the presence of BUMDes in the era of village autonomy. BUMDes Mandiri bersatu Village Gisting Bawah Sub-district Gisting District Tanggamus, being one of the example of BUMDes that developed enough in the current village autonomy. This research focuses on the governance of BUMDes, i.e. step BUMDes institutionalization, plan for business BUMDes, human resources at BUMDes, organizational structure BUMDes and business activities BUMDes. Research on the method of type a descriptive qualitative approach. The technique of data collection is done with the interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis techiques used for data reduction, namely the presentation of data and the withdrawal of the conclution. Furthermore, the validity of the data on engineering research is triangulation. The result of this research is that the governance at BUMDes Mandiri Bersatu in the current autonomy has been going pretty well. BUMDes Mandiri Bersatu has shown its presence and provide benefits to the community Village Gisting Bawah. However, it still found some shortcomings in the field of the associated governance BUMDes. The study recommends the advice to the governance of BUMDes Mandiri Bersatu, i.e. increase the dissemination to the public, add partners to complement the business units and enlarge your chances of success BUMDes, look for other source of capital and create a website to facilitate the promotion and sharing of information regarding the BUMDes.
