Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor kesempatan kerja pada industri makanan di Kecamatan Gedong Tataan Kabupaten Pesawaran. Penelitian ini mengunakan data primer. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif serta regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan penggunaan faktor produksi kesempatan kerja dan bahan baku sudah cukup. Kata kunci: Bahan baku, perkembangan usaha, kesempatan kerja. ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to understand the factors for employment opportunities in food industry in gedong tataan district, pesawaran regency. This research uses data primer. The instrument analysis is the quantitative analysis and linear regression multiple. The result of this research shows the use of production factor for employment opportunities and raw materials are efficient enough.
