DAS Way Seputih Hulu merupakan Daerah Aliran Sungai yang terletak di Kabupaten Lampung Tengah dengan luas 1.526,32 Km2. Sedimentasi yang terjadi dibagian hilir Sungai Way Seputih akibat vegetasi yang kurang baik di bagian hulu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan perubahan penggunaan lahan dan mendapatkan besaran prediksi erosi dan sedimen yang terjadi di DAS Way Seputih Hulu. Metode analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan model SWAT. Periode analisis pada penelitian ini yaitu dari tahun 2010 sampai 2015. Pada analisis data meliputi tahap running SWAT, Kalibrasi dan Validasi. Hasil analisis kalibrasi menunjukkan nilai uji statistik R2 dan NS sebesar 0,69 dan 0,58. Sedangkan hasil analisis validasi menunjukkan nilai R2 dan NS sebesar 0,62 dan 0,62. Hasil tersebut sudah dapat digunakan untuk pendugaan sedimen dan erosi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya alih fungsi lahan yang tepat yaitu perkebunan, sungai, tanah terbuka, tegalan menjadi lahan campuran. Sedangkan alih fungsi lahan yang kurang tepat terjadi pada sebagian lahan hutan, lahan campuran, semak belukar, dan sawah berubah menjadi lahan tegalan dan perkebunan. Alih fungsi lahan yang tepat dapat meneksan erosi dan sedimen sebesar 0,03 ton/ha/tahun dan 0,03 ton/ha/tahun. Sedangkan pada alih fungsi lahan yang kurang tepat dapat menghasilkan erosi dan sedimen sebasar 0,39 ton/ha/tahun dan 0,42 ton/ha/tahun. ABSTRACT Watershed of Way Seputih Headwaters is a watershed area located in Central Lampung District with an area of 1,526.32 Km2. Sedimentation that occurs downstream of the Way Seputih River due to poor vegetation in the upstream. The objectives of this study were to obtain land use change and to obtain the predicted quantities of erosion and sediment occurring in watershed of Way Seputih Headwaters. The method of analysis in this research using SWAT model. Period of analysis in this study that is from 2010 to 2015. The process of data analysis include the stage running SWAT, Calibration and Validation. The results of the calibration analysis show the statistical test values R2 and NS of 0.69 and 0.58. While the results of the validation analysis shows the value of R2 and NS of 0.62 and 0.62. These results can already be used for sediment and erosion estimation. The results of this study indicate the existence of proper land conversion of plantation, river, open land, mooring into mixed land. Meanwhile, land use change is not appropriate to occur in some forest land, mixed land, shrubs, and rice fields turned into moor land and plantation. Proper land use transfer can erosion and sediment by 0.03 ton / ha / year and 0.03 ton/ha/year. While on the land use is less appropriate to produce erosion and sediment by 0.39 tons/ha/year and 0.42 tons/ha/year. Keywords: Land use, SWAT, Watershed, Erosion, and Sediment.
