Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Merebaknya politik uang melahirkan pandangan masyarakat bahwa praktek politik uang merupakan sesuatu yang wajar, salah satu faktor tumbuhnya praktek politik uang dalam pemilu juga tidak lepas dari cara pandang masyarakat permisif terhadap praktek politik uang yang dilakukan oleh kandidat atau calon baik legislatif maupun kepala daerah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk mengetahui kasus-kasus politik uang pada pemilihan calon anggota legislatif Kota Bandar Lampung Tahun 2014. (2) Untuk mengetahui sikap dan berperilaku masyarakat permisif terhadap praktek politik uang dalam pemilihan calon anggota legislatif Kota Bandar Lampung Tahun 2014. (3) Untuk mengeksplorasi faktorfaktor penyebab masyarakat bersikap dan berperilaku permisif terhadap praktek politik uang dalam pemilihan calon anggota legislatif Kota Bandar Lampung Tahun 2014. (4) Untuk mengetahui implikasi/dampak dari masyarakat yang bersikap dan berperilaku permisif terhadap praktek politik uang dalam pemilihan calon anggota legislatif Kota Bandar Lampung Tahun 2014. Hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa: (1) Kasus-kasus politik uang pada pemilihan calon anggota legislatif Kota Bandar Lampung Tahun 2014 mengalami peningkatan yaitu sebanyak 313 kasus money politics kasus tersebut meningkat signifikan di bandingkan tahun 2009 yaitu sebanyak 148 kasus. (2) Sikap pemilih sangat pragmatis dan permisif hal itu dikarenakan masyarakat memilih berdasarkan materi atau bantuan yang diberikan oleh para calon legislatif, (3) Faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi masyarakat permisif dalam menentukan pilihannya adalah faktor kebiasaan. (4) Implikasi/dampak masyarakat yang bersikap dan berperilaku permisif terhadap praktik politik uang dalam pemilihan calon anggota legislatif Kota Bandar Lampung Tahun 2014 adalah memberi peluang bagi calon anggota legislatif untuk bertindak curang, suara yang masuk terhadap salah satu calon anggota legislatif tidak murni dari hati nurani masyarakat serta politik uang membuat proses politik menjadi bias. The purpose of this research is: (1) to know the political cases of money on the election of the members of the legislature of the city of Bandar Lampung Year 2014. (2) to find out the attitude of permissive society and behave towards the practice of political money in the election of the members of the legislature of the city of Bandar Lampung Year 2014. (3) to explore the factors cause communities be permissive and behave towards the practice of political money in the election of the members of the legislature of the city of Bandar Lampung Year 2014. (4) to find out the implications/repercussions of society who acted and behaved permissive towards the practice of political money in the election of the members of the legislature of the city of Bandar Lampung Year 2014. Research results can be known that: (1) cases of political money in the election of the members of the legislature of the city of Bandar Lampung Year 2014 have elevated IE as much as 313 cases of money politics such cases increased significantly in 2009 IE as much as year compare 148 cases. (2) the attitude of the voters is very pragmatic and permissive it because society chose based on material or assistance provided by its legislative candidates, (3) factors that influence the permissive society dominant in determining the choice factor is habit. (4) The implications/repercussions of society who acted and behaved permissive towards the practice of political money in the election of the members of the legislature of the city of Bandar Lampung Year 2014 is to train the community to act fraudulently, the voice that goes against one of the candidates head region not purely from his own community as well as the aspirations of the political money making the political process be biased.
