ABSTRACT Geografis Information System (GIS) development for infectious diseases data reporting in Department of Health Bandar Lampung is one of the systems built with web-based and android mobile using web service technology. GIS is built using the Google Maps Application Programming Interface (API) and requires an internet connection to use. GIS development for infectious diseases data reporting in Department of Health Bandar Lampung is one of the means of health facilities in infectious disease data reporting. This system make it easy the Department of Health in knowing the amount of spread of infectious diseases in Bandar Lampung City in the form of maps and graphs. This research uses v-model for system development method and completed with some testing i.e e unit testing, integration testing, system testing and acceptance testing. From the results of the test show that the system can run in accordance with its function and the needs of the Department of Health in Bandar Lampung. ABSTRAK Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) untuk pelaporan data penyakit menular di Dinas Kesehatan Kota Bandar Lampung adalah salah satu sistem yang dibangun berbasis web dan mobile Android dengan menggunakan teknologi web service. SIG ini dibangun menggunakan Application Programming Interface (API) Google Maps dan membutuhkan koneksi internet dalam penggunaannya. Pembuatan SIG untuk pelaporan data penyakit menular di Dinas Kesehatan Kota Bandar Lampung sebagai salah satu bentuk sarana setiap fasilitas kesehatan dalam pelaporan data penyakit menular. Sistem ini mempermudah Dinas Kesehatan dalam mengetahui jumlah penyebaran penyakit menular di Kota Bandar Lampung dalam bentuk peta dan grafik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode v-model dalam pengembangan sistem dan dengan beberapa pengujian dari v-model yaitu unit testing, integration testing, system testing dan acceptance testing. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem dapat berjalan sesuai dengan fungsinya dan kebutuhan Dinas Kesehatan. Kata kunci : Sistem Informasi Geografis, Android, web service, API Google Maps, v-model.
