Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Pabrik Aluminium Klorida berbahan baku bauksit dan HCl, direncanakan didirikan di Cilegon, Banten. Pendiriaan pabrik berdasarkan atas pertimbangan ketersediaan bahan baku, sarana transportasi yang memadai, tenaga kerja yang mudah didapatkan dan kondisi lingkungan. Pabrik direncanakan memproduksi Aluminium Klorida sebanyak 35.000 ton/tahun, dengan waktu operasi 24 jam/hari, 330 hari/tahun. Bahan baku yang digunakan adalah Bauksit sebanyak 2.961,5249 kg/jam dan HCl sebanyak 12.247,5437 kg/jam. Penyediaan kebutuhan utilitas pabrik terdiri dari unit pengadaan air, pengadaan steam, pengadaan udara instrument, pengadaan listrik dan unit bahan bakar. Bentuk perusahaan adalah Perseroan Terbatas (Ltd) menggunakan struktur organisasi line dan staff dengan jumlah karyawan sebanyak 168 orang. Dari analisis ekonomi diperoleh: Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) = Rp. 404.192.474.016,- Working Capital Investment (WCI) = Rp. 71.328.083.650,- Total Capital Investment (TCI) = Rp. 475.520.557.666,- Break Even Point (BEP) = 45,66 % Shut Down Point (SDP) = 23,80 % Pay Out Time before taxes Pay Out Time after taxes Return on Investment before taxes (POT)b (POT)a (ROI)b = = = 1,964 tahun 2,2355 tahun 26,27 % Return on Investment after taxes (ROI)a = 21,02 % Discounted cash flow (DCF) = 27,37 % Mempertimbangkan paparan di atas, sudah selayaknya pendirian pabrik Aluminium Klorida ini dikaji lebih lanjut, karena merupakan pabrik yang menguntungkan dan mempunyai masa depan yang baik. abstract Aluminum Chloride plant with materials Bauxite and HCl is planned to be built in Cilegon, Banten. Establishment of this plant is based on some consideration due to the raw material resourcess, the transportation, the labors availability and also the environmental condition. This plant is meant to produce 30.000 tons/year Aluminum Chloride with operation time 24 hour/day, 330 hour/year. Raw materials used consist of 2.961,5249 kg/hour of Bauxite and 12.247,5437 kg/hour of HCl. The utility units consist of water supply system, instrument air supply system, power generation system, refrigerant supply system and waste treatment system. The bussines entity form is Limited Liability Company (Ltd) using line and staff organizational structure with 168 labors. From the economic analysis, it is obtained that: Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) = Rp. 404.192.474.016,- Working Capital Investment (WCI) = Rp. 71.328.083.650,- Total Capital Investment (TCI) = Rp. 475.520.557.666,- Break Even Point (BEP) = 45,66 % Shut Down Point (SDP) = 23,80 % Pay Out Time before taxes Pay Out Time after taxes Return on Investment before taxes (POT)b (POT)a (ROI)b = = = 1,964 year 2,2355 year 26,27 % Return on Investment after taxes (ROI)a = 21,02 % Discounted cash flow (DCF) = 27,37 % Considering the summary above, it is proper to study the establishment of Magnesium carbonate plant further, because the plant is profitable and has good prospects.
