Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur kepemilikan asing, institusional dan ukuran perusahaan apakah berpengaruh terhadap Agency Cost perusahaan . Jumlah populasi dari penelitian ini sebanyak 33 perusahaan dengan tahun penelitian 2011-2015 Pengambilan sample menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Total sampel dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 135 data. Pengujian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda . Hasil pengujian statistik menunjukan bahwa variable struktur kepemilikan Asing berpengaruh positif terhadap agency cost sedangkan struktur kepemilikan institusional dan manajerial berpengaruh negative terhadap agency cost. Kata kunci : Struktur kepemilkan Asing, Struktur kepemilkan institusional, Struktur kepemilkan manajerial,Agency cost ABSTACT This study aims to determine the effect of foreign ownership structure, institutional and managerial whether it affects the Agency Cost companies. The total population of this research as many as 33 companies with research year 2011-2015 Sampling using purposive sampling method. Total sample in this research is 135 data. This test uses multiple regression analysis. The result of statistical test shows that variable of foreign ownership structure has a positive effect on the agency cost while the institutional and managerial ownership structure negatively affect the agency cost.
