Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Rasio Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah berdasarkan laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) yang menjadi ukuran capaian pembangunan berbasis komponen kualitas hidup. Rasio Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rasio Derajat Desentralisasi, Rasio Ketergantungan Keuangan Daerah, Rasio Kemandirian Keuangan Daerah, Rasio Efektivitas Pendapatan Asli Daerah dan Rasio Efektivitas Pajak Daerah.Teknik sampling dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling pada kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Lampung pada tahun 2011-2015. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan alat bantu program SPSS (Statical Package for Social Science) 21. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Rasio Derajat Desentralisasi, Rasio Ketergantungan Keuangan Daerah dan Rasio Efektivitas Pajak berpengaruh terhadap IPM. Sedangkan Rasio Kemandirian Keuangan Daerah dan Rasio Efektivitas Pendapatan Asli Daerah tidak berpengaruh terhadap IPM. Kata kunci: Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM), laporan keuangan pemerintah, rasio keuangan pemerintah abstract This study aims to determine the effect of Local Government Financial Ratios based on The Local Government Financial Reports on Human Development Index (HDI) that became a measure of development achievment based on components quality of life. The local government ratios used in the research are The Ratio Degrees of Decentralization, The Ratio of Local Financial Dependence, The Ratio of Local Financial Independence, The Effectiveness of Local Revenue Ratio and The Effectiveness of Local Tax Ratio. Sampling technique is done by purposive sampling method on Regional/Cities in Province of Lampung under period 2011-2015. Data analysis technique is done by multiple linier regression analysis method using SPSS (Statical Package for Social Science) ver. 21. The result of this research is The Ratio Degrees of Decentralization, The Ratio of Local Financial Dependence, and The Effectiveness of Local Tax Ratio influence to HDI.
