Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi yang melatarbelakangi partisipasi perempuan dalam program KWT, pola pengambilan keputusan pada keluarga peserta program KWT dan dampak program KWT terhadap relasi gender skala rumah tangga. Teknik penentuan informan yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive, sehingga diperoleh 9 informan yang terdiri dari 5 anggota KWT dan 4 suami anggota KWT. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa beberapa hal melatarbelakangi partisipasi perempuan dalam KWT yaitu; faktor eksternal (kondisi sosial) dan faktor internal (keinginan diri sendiri). Pada pola pengambilan keputusan keluarga anggota KWT ditemukan bahwa tidak semua perempuan anggota KWT dalam rumah tangganya dilibatkan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan, namun perempuan yang dilibatkan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan menekankan bahwa keputusan akhir setiap pengambilan keputusan tetap diputuskan oleh suami, sedangkan untuk memutuskan keperluan domestik (dapur) diputuskan sendiri oleh perempuan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, KWT tidak memberi perubahan terhadap pola relasi gender dalam rumah tangga. Dampak KWT yang terlihat adalah perkembangan sosio-ekonomis para anggota KWT yang semakin akrab karena pertemuan yang rutin, sedangkan dampak ekonomisnya masyarakat tidak menerima dengan meningkatnya pendapatan, namun dengan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan gizi keluarga tanpa harus mengeluarkan biaya yang mahal. Kata kunci: Relasi gender, pengambilan keputusan, partisipasi perempuan,program KWT THE STRUCTURE OF GENDER RELATIONS IN WOMEN FARMERS GROUP (KWT) PROGRAM (A Study in Panca Karsa Purna Jaya village, sub-district of Tulang Bawang) This research aims to find out the background of the problem of women participation in women farmers group (KWT) program, to investigate the decision making patterns in family of KWT participants, and to determine the effect of KWT program towards gender relations in household scale. The informants were chosen by purposive sampling technique; there were 9 informants consisted of 5 members of women farmers group and 4 husbands of the members. Based on the results of the research, there were several factors behind the participation of women in KWT program, included; External factors (social conditions) and internal factors (self desires). The decision-making pattern in the families of KWT members showed that not every member of KWT was involved in the decision-making process in the household, but the women involved in the decision-making process emphasized that the final decision of each decision-making was decided by the husband while the domestic interest was decided by women themselves. Based on the results of the research, the KWT program did not change the pattern of gender relations in the household. The visible impact of KWT program is the socio-economic development of KWT members who are getting close to each other because of regular meetings, however the community did not benefit from any increasing income of the program, but the members benefitted from being able to meet the family's nutritional needs without having to pay expensive fees.
