Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pertumbuhan Pendapatan Asli Daerah terhadap fiscal stress di kabupaten, kemudian untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pertumbuhan Ekonomi (PDRB) terhadap fiscal stress di kabupaten, untuk mengetahui pengaruh pertumbuhan Belanja Modal terhadap fiscal stress di kabupaten, dan juga untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Perumbuhan Ekonomi (PDRB), dan Belanja Modal terhadap fiscal stress di kabupaten. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji ulang penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Firstanto (2015). Penelitian ini memiliki perbedaan, yaitu: menggunakan sampel yang tersebar di pemerintah kabupaten di Indonesia, tahun penelitian yang digunakan tahun 2011-2015, dan menggunakan data panel. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan memakai beberapa syarat atau yang dikenal dengan teknik purposive sampling. Terpilih 32 kabupaten sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini adalah variabel pertumbuhan PAD, pertumbuhan ekonomi diproyeksikan PDRB, dan pertumbuhan belanja modal masing-masing berpengaruh terhadap fiscal stress kabupaten dan ketiga variabel bebas dengan menggunakan uji F secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap fiscal stress pemerintah kabupaten. Kata Kunci : Belanja Modal, Fiscal Stress, Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Produk Regional Domestik Bruto. abstract The purpose of this research is to know the effect of the growth of the original income to fiscal stress in the district, then to determine the effect of economic growth (GRDP) on fiscal stress in the district, to determine the effect of capital expenditure on fiscal stress in the district, and also to determine the effect of Original Income Regional, Economic Growth (GRDP), and Capital Expenditure against fiscal stress in the district. This research was conducted to review research conducted by Firstanto (2015). This research has differences, namely: using samples scattered in the district government in Indonesia, know the research used in 2011-2015, and using panel data. Sampling is done by using some condition or known as purposive sampling technique. Selected 32 districts as sample in this research. The results of this research are the variables of PAD growth, the projected economic growth of GRDP, and the growth of capital expenditures respectively affect the district fiscal stress and the three independent variables by using the F test together affect the fiscal stress of the district government.
