Tiga Dewa Adventure adalah komunitas yang berada di kota Semarang. Komunitas ini selalu melakukan pendakian-pendakian ke gunung-gunung Indonesia. Dalam dunia pendakian khususnya mendaki gunung, komunikasi kelompok merupakan faktor yang sangat penting demi tercapainya tujuan suatu pendakian. Berhasil atau tidaknya tujuan pencapaian tersebut, sangat bergantung oleh adanya komunikasi yang baik. Dalam pendakian, tidak hanya komunikasi yang baik saja tetapi adanya Team Work dalam kelompok pun akan mempermudah proses pendakian itu sendiri. Team work bisa diartikan sebagai kerja tim atau kerjasama. Oleh karena itu sangatlah penting untuk menjunjung tinggi kesadaran akan kebersamaan sebagai anggota tim di atas segalanya. Konsep yang digunakan untuk membahas komunikasi kelompok mengacu pada teori pencapaian kelompok. Penelitian ini merupakan tipe penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa komunikasi kelompok Tiga Dewa Adventure dalam membentuk Team Work yaitu dengan cara membagi tugas kepada anggotanya. ketika melakukan pendakian dengan berkoordinasi dengan sernua, anggota, melalui sosial media Whatsapp. Dengan adanya pembentukan tugas dan juga pembagian tugas akan membuat mereka saling bekerjasama satu sama lain. komunikasi yang baik menjadi salah satu kunci sukses dalam kelompok baik secara interpersonal, ataupun secara kelompok. Dengan demikian, tiga dewa adventure membentuk Team Work itu dengan selalu berkoordinasi dengan setiap anggotannya. Kata kunci: Komunikasi kelompok, Team Work, Komunitas ABSTRACT Three Gods Adventure is a community located in the city of Semarang. This community always make the climb-climbing to the mountains of Indonesia. In the climbing world, especially mountain climbing, group communication is a very important factor for achieving the goal of a climb. The success or failure of the goal of achievement, is dependent on the existence of good communication. In the climb, not only good communication alone but the Team Work in groups will facilitate the climbing process itself. Team work can be defined as teamwork or cooperation. Therefore it is important to uphold the awareness of togetherness as a team member above all else. The concept used to discuss group communication refers to the theory of group attainment. This research is a qualitative descriptive research type with case study method. The results showed that the communication of the Three Gods Adventure group in forming Team Work is by dividing the task to its members. when doing the climb by coordinating with all, members, through Whatsapp social media. With the establishment of tasks and also the division of tasks will make them work with each other. Good communication becomes one of the keys to success in groups either interpersonally, or in groups. Thus, the three adventure gods form the Team Work by always coordinating with each member.
