Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses manajemen praktik kerja industri pada kompetensi keahlian usaha perjalananan wisata di SMK Negeri 3 Bandar Lampung. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan pertanyaan dan observasi. Populasi penelitian adalah wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, wakil kepala sekolah bidang hubungan masyarakat (Humas), Ketua Program keahlian usaha perjalanan wisata, guru pembimbing praktik kerja industri dan dan siswa kelas XIprogram keahlian usaha perjalanan wisata SMK Negeri 3 Bandar Lampung tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen praktik kerja industri pada kompetensi keahlian usaha perjalananan wisata di SMK Negeri 3 Bandar Lampung melaksanakan fungsi-fungsi Perencanaan, walaupun tidak melibatkan komite sekolah dan Dunia Usia Dunia Industri. Pengorganisasian,ada pembentukan panitia tapi tidak terstruktur secara jelas, namun demikian kegiatan dapat berjalan dengan efesien dan efektif. Pelaksanaan berjalan dengan baik, masalah yang ada tidak berkaitan dengan masalah teknik seperti sifat dan sikap siswa yang melaksanakan praktik kerja industri. Evaluasi yang dilakukan memenuhi kaidah evaluasi yaitu dengan mengumpulkan berbagai informasi, baik informasi yang berasal dari Dunia Usaha dan Dunia Industri maupun siswa-siswi yang melaksanakan kegiatan praktik kerja industri. Efesiensi dan efektivitas dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada dalam kegiatan praktik kerja industri. Kata Kunci : praktik kerja industri, program keahian usaha perjalanan wisata ABSTRACT The research aims to investigate the process of management in the practice of industry in the program expertise competence in business trip in SMKN 3 Bandar lampung. The method used in research was the descriptive with the approach qualitative The date were collected using questionnaire,observation and documentation. The respondents were on: 1) Vice Principal for Curriculum Affairs, 2) Vice Principal for Public Relation, 3). Chairman of Tourism Trip Business Expertise Program, 4) Industrial Work Practice Instructor, 5) Grade XI Students of tourism trip Business Expertise Program SMKN 3 Bandar lampung the lesson 2016 / 2017. The results of research showed that management in the practice of industry in the expertise competence at SMKN 3 Bandar Lampung has out the functions of Planning happened although involve committee school and the practice of industry, Organizing the establishment of the committee any but not struktural clear nevertheless can walk with effisien and effective, Actuating go well the problem are character and attitude students perform practice of industry and Evaluating done the rules of evaluation of which is raised good information from practice of industry also students. Aspect of effectiveness and efficiency were used help overcome the problems in the industrial work practice program. Key words : practice of industry, the program competence business trip tourist
