Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan partisipasi anggota dengan kinerja kelompok tani di Kampung Buyut Ilir Kecamatan Gunung Sugih Kabupaten Lampung Tengah (Studi Komparasi Kelompok Tani Karya Murni dan Tani Lestari). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 45 responden (anggota Kelompok Tani Karya Murni berjumlah 25 orang dan Kelompok Tani Lestari berjumlah 20 orang). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, dan pengumpulan data sekunder, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan cara analisis uji chi square melalui program pengolahan data statistik, yaitu SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara partisipasi anggota dengan kinerja kelompok tani dengan nilai signifikansi 0.001. Terdapat perbedaan tingkat partisipasi anggota pada Kelompok Tani Karya Murni dan Tani Lestari, dimana tingkat partisipasi anggota pada Kelompok Tani Karya Murni tergolong rendah (yang menyebabkan kinerja kelompoknya juga menjadi rendah), sedangkan tingkat partisipasi anggota pada Kelompok Tani Lestari lebih tinggi dengan kinerja kelompok yang juga tergolong tinggi. Kata kunci: Kelompok Tani, Kinerja, Partisipasi abstract This research’s aimed to determine the corelation of member participation on the performance of farmer groups in Kampung Buyut Ilir Gunung Sugih Lampung Tengah (Comparative Study to Karya Murni group and Tani Lestari Group). This research uses quantitative methods with a total sample of 45 respondents (member of Karya Murni group numbered 25 peoples and Tani Lestari group numbered 20 peoples). Data collection techniques are questionnaires, interview, and secondaryl data collection, while data analysis was done by chi square test analysis through processing program of the statical data, that called SPSS. The results show that there are significant corelation between the participation of members on the performance of farmer groups with the significance value of 0.001. The level of participation of members at Karya Murni and Tani Lestari group is very different, wich one the participation of members in the Karya Murni group classified as lower (wich causes the performance of the group also become low), while the level of participation of members in the Tani Lestari Group is higher with group performance which also pertained high.
