Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui interaksi spasial perekonomian dan ketenagakerjaan provinsi-provinsi di Pulau Sumatera periode 2001-2005, 2006- 2010, dan 2011-2015. Untuk mengetahui keterkaitan spasial perekonomian dan ketenagakerjaan digunakan Indeks Moran Global (asosiasi spasial global) dan local of spasial association (LISA) dengan alat analisis Open Geoda. Penelitian ini menggunakan data time series yang diperoleh dari publikasi Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) yang sejauh ini dianggap sebagai sumber penyaji data yang valid. Berdasarkan hasil dari uji Moran’s I terjadi interaksi spasial perekonomian provinsi-provinsi di Pulau Sumatera pada periode 2001-2005, sedangkan pada periode 2006-2010 dan 2011-2015 memberikan hasil tidak terjadinya interaksi spasial antar provinsi-provinsi di Pulau Sumatera. Lain halnya dengan ketenagakerjaan memberikan hasil tidak terjadi interaksi spasial antar provinsiprovinsi di Pulau Sumatera pada setiap periode pengamatan. Kata Kunci : indeks moran global, interaksi spasial, ketenagakerjaan, local of spasial association, Moran’s I, Open Geoda, perekonomian. abstract The purpose of this research is to examine the province spatial interaction of economy and employment in Sumatra Island for 2001-2005, 2006-2010, and 2011-2015 period. Global Moran Index (global spatial association) and local of spasial association (LISA) using on Open Geoda analysis tool was used to examine the province spatial relation of economy and employment. This study used time series data obtained from the publication of the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) which so far is considered as a valid data source presenter. Based on the results of Moran's I test, there was spatial interaction of the economies of the provinces on the island of Sumatra during the period of 2001- 2005, while in the period 2006-2010 and 2011-2015 there was no spatial interaction among the provinces on the island of Sumatra. On the other hand for the employment, there was no spatial interaction between the provinces in Sumatra Island in each observation period.
