Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Fiscal space adalah ruang gerak pemerintah mengalokasikan dana untuk investasi dan pembangunan, ruang gerak akan semakin terbatas apabila proporsi anggaran belanja negara yang bersifat mengikat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh variable belanja pegawai, mandatory spending pendidikan, mandatory spending kesehatan, pertumbuhan ekonomi terhadap fiscal space provinsi di sumatera selama tahun 2011 hingga tahun 2015. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ordinary least squares (OLS). Data yang digunakan adalah data panel, kombinasi dari data time series dan cross-section. Berdasarkan hasil estimasi nilai koefisien regresi Belanja Pegawai adalah sebesar -0.616776 dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Hal ini berarti setiap peningkatan belanja pegawai sebesar 1 persen, maka fiscal space akan turun sebesar - 0.61 persen, ceteris paribus, nilai koefisien regresi Mandatory spending pendidikan adalah sebesar 0.430530 dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Hal ini berarti setiap peningkatan Mandatory spending pendidikan sebesar 1 persen, maka fiscal space akan turun sebesar 0.43 persen, ceteris paribus, nilai koefisien regresi Mandatory spending kesehatan adalah sebesar 0.681571 dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Hal ini berarti setiap peningkatan Mandatory spending kesehatan sebesar 1 persen, maka fiscal space akan menurun sebesar 0,68 persen, ceteris paribus, nilai koefisien regresi Pertumbuhan ekonomi adalah sebesar 1.475030 dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Hal ini berarti apabila Pertumbuhan ekonomi naik sebesar 1 persen , maka fiscal space akan meningkat 1.47 persen. This study aims to analyze the effect of personnel expenditure, mandatory spending on education, mandatory spending on health, and economic growth to fiscal space in Sumatra during 2011 to 2015. Ordinary least squares (OLS) method were used to gain the data. The data used are panel data, which is a combination of time series and cross-section data. Based on the estimated value, coefficient regression of personnel expenditure is - 0.616776 with confidence level of 95%. It means that every one percent increasing of personnel expenditure, the fiscal space will decrease -0.61 percent, ceteris paribus, coefficient regression value of mandatory spending on education is 0.430530 with confidence level of 95%. It means that every one percent increasing of mandatory spending on education, the fiscal space will increase 0.43 percent, ceteris paribus, coefficient regression of mandatory spending on health is 0.681571 with confidence level of 95%. It means that every one percent increasing of mandatory spending on health, the fiscal space will increase 0.68 percent, ceteris paribus, coefficient regression of economic growth is 1.475030 with confidence level of 95%. It means that every one percent increasing of economic growth, the fiscal space will increase 1.47 percent.
